I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel and had such phenomenal service. The manager and staff accommodated every request immediately and with joy. Jasmine, and Gilbert in the morning. Desi and Deanna in the bar at night. I felt like I was at "Cheers" by the friendliness of these bartenders!

The food was just amazing at 90 Pacifica. Always served super hot and the presentation was lovely and inviting. The coffee/snack area was open 24/7 and the sandwiches available there (especially the chicken Capresi) were delicious.

We were there with family and there were so many different areas in which to gather. When I asked for something, I never felt like I bothered anyone.

Keep doing what you are doing--you make ever guest feel cared for and important.

This is a great place to stay everytime we come down to the southern cal area. From the clean exceptional accommodations and amenities, to the great well rounded delicious menu at their 90 Pacifica restaurant & Bar or getting snack or latte at their Blend store. The rooms are well kept and very clean with nice smart tv's if your feeling to stay in to catch up for series binge stream. If you need shopping take their shuttle to the Spectrum Mall which will drop you off and pick you up.
But what really keeps us coming back is the committed staff who are always ready to help out with anything you need no matter how busy, late or not so busy it is with genuine smiles. In our experience, this is a rare find in the service industry where you able to find a few individuals from the staff that are great and the rest of them you deal with are just ehh...

This hotel is centrally located to Irvine spectrum shopping center. Hotel is decent and very clean. Our room was very nicely appointed. Our bed here was better than the Embassy Suites we stayed at previously.

Only downsides were: 1) parking: no markings on how to access the parking lot. I saw other drivers frustrated by this as well. One kiosk marked with instructions, the other leaves it up to you. 2) Shower. I wanted to give this an A+, but there is one concern here and that is slipping. The bottom shower pan is real slippery when water is applied so be careful. Enter shower from left, then turn water on. I didn't do this and almost slipped. Shower head, pressure and temperature of water is excellent. 3) Toilet. There is some weird maybe water saving feature that didn't work too well. It liked to keep the toilet running during flushes. Holing the handle down seemed to fix this.

Low noise and very good temperature controls. Nice big screen tv to unwind in bed after a long day. Great spacious room and nice in room amenities. Now that I have the parking figured out, I'd stay here again but hold on to the handle bar when getting into the shower.

This Hotel is unique. It is clean organized and the rooms, restaurant, immaculate grounds and most importantly,Customer Service. I would like to recognize a few outstanding employees.
Deanne at the bar is always up and ready to make your experience, one of a kind. Front Desk Laura and Denise were great. Gilbert at the breakfast buffet went above and beyond every morning. Alma serviced our room with the utmost care. The food in the restaurant was unbelievable. I recommend this Hotel whole heartedly
