Pros:

The staff was superb, the front desk as well as the bartenders! The bed/pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

The television in the room did't really work. Once we were able to get it going after turning it off and then on again a few times, the sound was faulty and not in sinc. In addition, the elevators were very odd. They were on both side of the hallway but you had to stand way back to see which door opened as they were both on the same switch.

I have one suggestion give water bottle 1 pcs everyday, if one passenger try to give one king bed room not double queen bed room.

Shuttle service from Carlos is best.
Pros:

Shuttle availability was excellent and Carlos made us feel like royalty, finding the best spots to unload and to meet up, always opening the door for us, smiling, and greeting us. Great service Carlos!
