Bad smell in the morning of the night and blowers blowing all night in the hallway.
I appreciated the good staffs and prom response.
I did not like that they did not have and 2 queen room available and when I look for possible future book all this hotel have is king only.

Very clean! The hotel was beautiful, nice and clean food options as well as a convenience store located in the lobby. The pool was great. Our room was on the 8th floor facing the mountains which was beautiful with the floor to seal windows. The staff was really nice and helpful and can't forget the delicious cookies and water we were greeted with at check-in. My TV also greeted us with our family name.,

This hotel is small but mighty. When I arrived, the front desk staff was so welcoming and accommodated a couple of things I needed without making a big deal out of it. They were cheerful and kind. My room is fantastic! I went to get coffee from a woman named Jasmine who welcomed me with joy at 5:30 am. I can’t believe this customer service. It’s impeccable.
A comfortable stop on our road trip. Large, clean rooms. Located a 20-minute drive from Laguna Beach and a 5-minute drive to a major shopping mall, which provided us with alternative breakfast and dining options. They also had a pool, bar + restaurant on site which we did not use.
