Serviceable. At least the hot tub was hot, but you need to walk through the lobby to get to the pool
Pros:

Our room smelled like floor chemicals and there was no window that opened for fresh air. There is no fan for the bathroom and we did not know that there as a charge for parking.

Cons:

The smell of the room. The lobby was nice, but the floors dated. Our floor was low. Probably 8 ft tall which is a bit weird.

Looks like luxury hotel, poor sound proofing
Pros:

Clean, good breakfast, pillows were great, like night light in bathroom

Cons:

The room walls are too thin could hear talking and people going to the bathroom. The TV won't pivot to watch from the couch, only one (1) reg coffee bag, no free parking

Pros:

I got scammed from this experience.
False promises and no accountability from staff.

This Staff Denise kept saying no problem, we will take care of it and on the day of the reservation, she said, oh, we cant do anything about it after dealing with her days before. Unbelievable. and truly disappointing.
