This is a very nice hotel. We celebrated our family function here. The rooms were also clean. The food was good and the service was also good. No complaints amazing Experience.

The location of hotel makes it easier to get taxi.

Cons:

The hotel room is not at all like its in picture. We took the biggest room but still the room was too small for a family for 2 adult and 2 kids.and more importantly the hotel us not family friendly and also the restaurant where they provide music breakfast is outside and not family friendly.. didn't like the whole experience.. will both recommend

This place is an absolute disgrace. I have never felt more scammed in my entire life. I paid 10,000 hard-earned money for what? A claustrophobic shoebox with a massive pillar blocking the entire room? The hygiene was genuinely repulsive—the sheets were caked in oil stains and cigarette burns. It was a health hazard.
When I asked for clean bedding, the staff had the audacity to say to my face that 'this is all they have.' The sheer arrogance and incompetence are mind-blowing. This isn't a hotel; it’s a robbery. This establishment needs to be shut down immediately. Do not waste a single penny here.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Hotel Arvind Residency . The hotel lives up to its name with a perfect blend of charm and family comfort.
The staff were incredibly warm, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay — always ready to assist with a smile. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast spread each morning — fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying.
The location is excellent too. This property offers great value for money and a truly premium experience.

The room was dirty, bedsheet was not changed. Bathroom totally dirty and broken taps, broken shower. Too much noisy room. Too much traffic noise. Electricity gone 2 times in the night, first came after 15-20 minutes, second time came after 10 minutes.

Room is okay.
Only 500 ml water offered complimentary. It should be at least 1 litre.

Breakfast was at neighbourhood restaurant . The food quality was good.

Cons:

The lights in the room were dim.

The fan bearing had failed & when switched on was noisy. Had to keep it off.

Toilet seat was broken.

Quantity of food offered at was a little less. For the prices offered by this restaurant, the quantity could be increased for the guests by 25%.

Express laundry service should offered to guests. For guests with short stay, the laundry timings are inconvenient.
