Pros:

Near great shops and easy to get to food spots.

Cons:

Room was old nothing upgraded. couch was ripped, behind bed was very dusty and the cabinets in bathroom and kitchen have not been cleaned food spots everywhere and bathroom had I have no clue what the secretions where on the bathroom cabinets. We asked for a late check out they gave us only 15 min. So check out was 1100 they gave us until 1115.

Be aware of $150 deposit

The location is perfect! Nice clean rooms.

Cons:

The fact that the deposit amount is not posted in the booking policy’s. I reached out to Larkspur regarding the deposit and was told $150 for my reservation. While checking in the Asian lady was unpleasant. She didn’t state what the fees were for each room I reserved with one reservation. I was charged $150 per room and she refused to correct it to 1 deposit although I showed her the email from Larkspur.

Pros:

It was fine. Nothing to write home about.

Cons:

The vibe wasn’t great. The first thing I saw upon entering the hotel was an unhappy guest making a small scene at the front desk. Then I was woken up around 6am a few mornings later to people arguing next door.
