We liked the location . The room was quiet and clean.

Cons:

The lobby didn’t smell good- it use to. The ice water and coffee were gone. The trash cans by the elevators were overflowing and VERY stinky! The trash cans by the door to the parking lot were so smelly we had to hold our breath. The lobby wasn’t cool. Just felt very uncared for .

Lovely, clean hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here for Coachella. The room was very nice and clean and the staff were friendly. The location was good for the festival as the shuttles are right outside.

Cons:

The cafe closed early every morning at like 9:30am.

Good location and great value
Pros:

This is my go-to place to stay in the Palm Springs/Desert Inn area when I visit the area. Its conveniently located with a short drive to restaurants, shops, museums, and zoo. Service has always been great and requests are quickly honored. Great value too if you are a member of Marriott and have rewards points.

The room was nice but the mirrors are not well placed in the rooms!
