The room was nice but the mirrors are not well placed in the rooms!

If not for the pool issues, it would have been a "perfect" stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was not made to order like at other locations and was very shy on the "protein" other than eggs in the breakfast burrito, but was a good size!! Didn't know we couldn't use our vouchers for dinner like at other locations, so we missed breakfast on the first day b/c we preferred waiting for dinner so we could sleep in.

Cons:

The pool was cloudy, the mechanism that deposited the chemicals was not working and Labor Day and the day prior and the morning of had the pool over used, completely crowded and we could not get in to use it. It appeared like a private party had taken over the hotel!! Towels were left everywhere over night, no one cleaned up!!

Dal momento che non ho ottenuto mai risposta ai messaggi inviati tramite chat e non potendovi contattare per mail a causa del vostro inesistente servizio di assistenza clienti, provo a scrivere una recensione, magari leggete. Ho prenotato due notti (dal 3 al 5 gennaio 2026) tramite Booking.com pagate attraverso carta di credito e presso la vostra reception ho aggiunto in un secondo momento un’ulteriore notte (posticipando quindi la data del check out al 6 gennaio 2026), pagata in loco con la medesima carta di credito. Ad oggi mi ritrovo invece due fatture: una corretta di Booking.com per le due notti (3-5 gennaio) e una vostra fattura errata in cui anziché essermi addebitata la sola notte aggiunta personalmente presso la vostra reception, mi sono state addebitate tutte e tre le notti in cui ho soggiornato presso di voi, due delle quali come già riportato, pagate al momento della prenotazione tramite Booking.com. Mi vedo costretto a scrivere qui sperando in un vostro celere riscontro. Aggiungo in ultimo che l’importo addebitatomi per vostro errore è di 267,67 USD! Attendo riscontro immediato.

Pros:

The front desk was very helpful and nice

Cons:

The barista needs help. I waited long do I left and the next morning I heard someone say their eggs were cold and to reheat it
And then another lady came up saying she’d waited a long time for her food.

Good but not great
Pros:

Good hotel but not amazing. Shower valve backwards and partly broken. Only one elevator! Nice looking hot tub and odd-shaped pool not good for swimming laps. Balconies. 24 hr fitness room shared with residence inn. Would be great if all the equipment were functional. At this point in time, almost 50% is broken in terms of cardio. Internet in fitness room is spotty.
