Disappointing
Pros:

Most of the staff (front desk, cleaning) were kind and helpful.

Cons:

The young man who checked us in was very unhelpful. We had requested a handicap accessable room and I even mentioned it at the time of check in. However when we arrived to our room, it was a full sized room and the bathroom was covered with ants. However, I alerted the staff on day 3 and they kindly transfered us to a handicapped accessable room.

Breakfast was only a couple types of fruit, stale cereal and lumpy oatmeal

Musty smells
Pros:

The rooms smelt filthy, strange smells all throughout the hotel. The rooms felt dirty and unsanitary. I only give it a 2 stars because I was able to pull through one night of sleep in this place. But I wouldn’t come back to this place if they offered me a free stay. $15 parking per car fee they don't mention in the booking aswell.

LARKSPUR LANDING has been reduced to extended stay less than the luxury property I’ve grown to love.
Pros:

An occasional professional front desk person. Stayed here before, familiarity of area.

Cons:

Bathroom towels were inadequate, had to ask for more. Was told I’m on my way to break in broken English. Hallway and air conditioner odor was putrid and intolerable. Had to purchase Lysol to improve and endure

Pros:

Enjoyed the clean and welcoming homey room. ALL the staff were attentive,and kind.always a good morning and the staff also was so friendly to my dog Chancelee.He so enjoyed his stay.

Cons:

Walking to the coffee air pots. But,that's just me.Really enjoyed the stay. Thanks again.
