Room was good size, bed very comfotable, staff extremely friendly and helpful, well-located.
Breakfast included was very meager, my sister's room smelled like smoke.
Location to event
Too many people wandering around parking lot- did not feel safe
If I had to come up with one thing - it would be location to stores, restaurants, Starbucks.
Everything - complete disappointment. Probably the worst place we have stayed! The hotel was filthy and completely outdated. The two bedroom suite was a joke. It was one bedroom with a door (no airconditioning) and the second bed was in the main sitting - just a bed/no couch to sit on. super uncomfortable! The walls were paper thin, so it was loud. The hallways were also smelled like cat pee. We will never be back!!!
Convenient to where we had to go - rooms were satisfactory-
The surrounding areas- the breakfast options were sparse-
The location was very convenient.
The bed was hard and wrapped in plastic - so quite noisy if you turn in your sleep. Business center isn’t operational. Breakfast was a few items in the fridge that could be microwaved and coffee was empty. They charge $13 for parking in a quasi public lot shared with other businesses that doesn’t have security.

Convenient and family friendly
Cleanliness rooms dark and no amenities to use kitchen no ice in. Old run down no updates it felt outdated
Our bathroom was not cleaned very well. The bed was very uncomfortable and very inexpensive towels and washcloths.
The location
The facility needs an upgrade.
Booked a king - queen suite for a two night stay while our air ductwork was being replaced at our home nearby. There were three adults and one 5 year old child, and two dogs on our reservation. Upon entering the room there was a very strong odor of what I can only describe as used deep fryer oil. I asked the front desk for some disinfectant spray and they provided something similar. The odor eliminating spray helped but the odor came right back within a few minutes. Once we unpacked our things we started to check out the rest of the room. For a hotel that boasts suites that have a fully equipped kitchen, I was disappointed. There were not enough water glasses, coffee cups, or silverware for the number of people on the reservation. And the silverware that was in the drawer was not clean. We had to ask the front desk for more. There was no dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, dish washing sponge, dishcloth, or dish towels provided in the suite. We had to ask the front desk for that too. The table was not clean, so we washed that ourselves. The refrigerator door was sticky with something dried on it and it was gross. So we washed that ourselves. There were only two chairs in the suite which again, was not enough seating at the table for the number of registered guests. I asked the front desk a total of three times to provide us with additional chairs before one additional chair was provided. After we made and ate our dinner we then discovered that there were only two bath towels and two hand towels provided in the bathroom, which again was not enough for the number of registered guests in our suite. I called the front desk to ask for additional towels and was told some would be provided in the morning. I told the clerk we needed them now so we could all shower. After a short time someone delivered additional bath towels hand towels and washcloths to our room. After my granddaughter had her bath, and we were all walking around without shoes, we discovered all of our feet were very BLACK with filth just from walking on the carpet inside the suite. We also felt that the foul odor in the room was likely coming from the dirty carpet. There was a lot of loud noise on the second day around noon coming from the room above. It sounded like furniture moving and it was very loud. In addition, the phone provided in the room did not work to call the front desk. It gave a busy signal. All my calls to the front desk we made on my personal cell phone. We also purchased Lysol Cleaning wipes from the Raley’s grocery store to do our own cleaning as so cleaning products of any kind were in the suite. Also, the bath product dispensers were not all labeled with their contents. To pay over $160. a night to stay in such substandard accommodations really makes me mad. My feeling about hotels is, that at the very least, the room should be clean and the amenities in the room should reflect the number of persons stated on the reservation. That didn’t even kind of happen in our experience. Luckily our air duct replacement was completed early and so we did not have to stay the second night of our reservation. We were still charged, which I did expect because it was outside of the cancellation window. This was one of the worst experiences at a hotel that I have ever had. I gave this review one star because the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean.
Locatiom, separate skepping areas in the same room was very nice
Room and bedding smelled not fresh at all, pay to park? Not used to that fee.
As a student in sacramento state, I like the proximity to campus. I also like that. They give you a reduced rate.Because you are a student.
Some rooms have come for your beds than others. Some rooms are also better stocked with items in the kitchen than others.
