Pros:

The room was a good size

Cons:

A lot of homeless around outside and inside doing laundry. They lock the refrigerator before 10am breakfast is over. Booked 3 rooms and was told we can have all 3 close but the day of check in was given rooms across and down the way!

There were loud people hanging out in the parking lot, neighbor threw someone's cell phone out in hall & it repeatedly started ringing a very loud shrill ringtone & yelling something about Moto!! Leaf blower started up at about 6:00am the next morning. Also upon going to my room after I checked in I went to look out the window to spot where my car was & noticed that the sheer curtains where shredded. I took pictures & went down to show the front desk people. If there was someway to get a partial refund I would definitely ask for one. With taxes this room came to $157 & some change. I should have gone with a cheaper room but thought if I paid more I'd get better. So wrong!!!!

Cons:

Ants in the bathroom bedroom and hallways smelled a bit funny on upper floors. Just to note, overall welcoming location and quiet area.
