Terrible experience.

I received a refund for the second night.

Cons:

nted to share my concerns regarding my stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not meet expectations or basic comfort standards. The bed was unstable and very noisy, making it difficult to rest, and I experienced discomfort during the night due to itching, which raised concerns about cleanliness.

Additionally, the bathroom facilities were not functioning properly, as the toilet would not flush consistently, and the overall condition appeared outdated. The walls were extremely thin, and noise from the hallway made it difficult to sleep. Overall, the room did not feel clean or comfortable.

I also attempted to contact staff during the night for assistance but was unable to reach anyone. The following morning, when I went to the front desk, I was unable to speak with management for approximately two hours. This lack of availability made it very difficult to address the issues I was experiencing.

While the staff I did encounter were polite, the overall experience was very disappointing.

Very nice stay in Macon.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to shops and the highway.

Cons:

We really missed having a coffee maker in our room. Also, the bathroom is rather small.
