Our room stinks. The room is freezing, the heat doesn’t work. There has been noise disturbance above us going on 6 hours, and nothing has been done. No chance of sleeping. We asked to be moved, and was told no other rooms available. I travel a lot, and this is the worst stay I’ve ever experienced.
