Louisville Kentucky atlantisphere was wonderful The rooms were wonderful the values great to cleaning this is wonderful noise was down to a minimum Eric at the front desk is one awesome customer service person I think he deserves a raise

Can't wait to come back... so spectacular
Pros:

The rooms were immaculately clean with the cleanest carpets I have ever seen in a hotel they look brand new.... breakfast was more than I had expected so much to choose from. And the gentleman at check-in was above and beyond making sure we got everything we needed.

Need a place to sleep it’s clean but not for extended stay.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

This hotel was nice. It could use some upgrades. Our bathroom door at the bottom was messed up. Not the best lightening in the rooms. The pillows were horrible. The couch bed was very uncomfortable.
