The location was nice and not very far from anything we had planned to do. The breakfast was decent and they had a decent variety if things to eat.
The hotel itself was falling apart. The walls had holes in them that no one bothered to try and patch or anything. The beds were hard, pillows lumpy, and the blankets were kinda old and thin. The air units did not work. The one in our room kept shutting off and the one in the hallway right outside our room leaked so bad the floor was soaked all the way to our doorway. The floors in one of our rooms were not cleaned properly. It looked like they haven't vacuumed in a few days at least and the shower did not have a good cleaning in maybe longer. They also were letting some random lady give swim lessons to non guests in the pool and said lady kept taking pictures of my kids even after she was asked to stop.
Upon arrival me and my husband was greeted with smiles very courteous and polite staff,this place was emaculant it was very clean my room was very clean no issues fresh bed fresh towels..and breakfast was great so many food to choose from ..I would definitely stay here again we felt like we were at home..and yes I would recommend anyone to stay here..I rate this place 5 stars 🌟 🤩
