The only complaint I have is when my kids went to get in the indoor pool. It was cold as heck in the room. The pool is in.

Louisville - parking lot was dirty, when you walk in the walls are very poorly painted, breakfast Meh 🫤, rooms smelled horrible like dirty feet, sheets had stains on them, rust in the bathroom tub,
This is a older hotel, I will say some cultures have different preferences or views on what is cleanliness, so if you are use to staying at holiday Inn, Drury Inns, Hilton definitely DO NOT stay here- I have stayed at Best Westerns before enjoyed them as well, this one honestly should be shut for better repairs.
We had to wait 3 to 5 min for the ONLY ELEVATOR in the hotel to be empty for us to be able to get on it.

Poor management
Pros:

I actually gave them a good review on best Western because I thought they were going to make it right and do what they say. Ad of today they still haven't refunded my points. We had no hot water till mid afternoon the very next day. Please refund my points like u said you would. I shouldn't have to call back multiple times.

Not a positive experience
Pros:

The breakfast bar was awesome and delicious

Cons:

My room has ladybugs everywhere and there was no water pressure for the shower. When I brought these issues to the staffs attention,I was told I couldn't be moved. The floor i was on was under renovation. The main reason I booked at this hotel was for the hot tub,but when I arrived the hot tub had been filled in with dirt and plants.

Loved it except the parking and the pot smell in the elevator and hallways.
Pros:

The property was very clean and easy to find what we needed.

Cons:

I didn’t like that we arrived late at night and had to park on the backside of the hotel because of limited parking in front and the door on the back was locked and only able to be opened with a keycard. I understand wanting it locked for safety but it was a hassle to have to carry/wheel our luggage around to the front to check in—especially being two young girls with no male presence.

Pros:

Due to an issue with my house, I needed somewhere to stay for an extended period of time. I found the beds to be very comfortable and I slept very well. There is no place like home, but my stay was a very pleasant one.

Can't wait to come back... so spectacular
Pros:

The rooms were immaculately clean with the cleanest carpets I have ever seen in a hotel they look brand new.... breakfast was more than I had expected so much to choose from. And the gentleman at check-in was above and beyond making sure we got everything we needed.
