They said non smoking but room looked clean but had a strong smell of smoke. Front deck very nice and refunded iur money and went some place else.

This hotel has potential…as soon as they address underlying problems.
The good-the staff that we interacted with were pleasant; check-in was smooth and we were upgraded to a room with a hot tub in suite. Off to a good start…the bed was really comfortable and the size of the room was great and had a sitting area which was nice.
This hotel offers breakfast however on morning #1..we were informed that breakfast service was not available and we spoke to the desk staff and they offered to adjust our rate. Very reasonable solution.
The concerns-the upkeep of daily, expected basic cleaning was not happening. Trash cans in the lobby, breakfast room were stuffed/overflowing and never emptied over 4 days. We did not get housekeeping services the entire time we were there (4 days) even after requesting service twice. The hotel really needs a thorough cleaning, especially in the shared areas..There was an overload of people loitering in the parking lot all night/day which was disturbing and unsafe. (Hint-don’t allow this)
All this could be addressed fairly easily and this could be a better experience if attention to these concerns are addressed as the location was convenient, the desk staff and Management were nice, and we liked the room..
In summary, we would consider trying this hotel again if changes are made.

I loved the tub , and very comfortable beds

Nice clean rooms and the bed was super comfortable

The property looks like it needs a deep renovation. The fixtures are dusted but you can tell they haven't seen a clean deep in a long time.
That been said, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and had the minimum required.
The counter staff mentioned that they served breakfast between 6:30 am and 9:30 am but when we went to the hall the next morning there was no breakfast being served. Their excuse was that the supplier failed in bringing the necessary groceries. I find that hard to believe.

Wet floors in hallway and lobby from kids returning from pool.

Just filthy…. I didn’t sleep at all.. I had to pay to check into a new hotel early just to get some rest. The hotel stinks, the tub has stains, the bathroom door has a whole as if someone was stuck and busted out there. This was room 244. Also I was told the elevator was out of order which made me have to carry a heavy suitcase up two staircases. Just horrible all around

The hotel was a okay place to stay

The wifi was out the entire time, 2 days, and the room smelled like mold. And they rented my room out twice while I was in it because my check-in was not logged into their computer system so it still showed unoccupied. And manager offered no compensation for all these inconveniences. Will not stay here ever again.

Some areas needed a good cleaning. There was dog hair all over my son's room. The breakfast could have been better. Bagels were old.

Hotel is being remodeled and is experiencing growing pains.

Staff was great but the hotel is in need of update.

It was an old room, nonsmoking room that smelled the smoke. The floors were dirty an the coffee pot hold old mildew water in it. The counter tops were nasty.
