Excellent stay with great service, clean environment, and smooth communication. Highly recommended!
Pros:

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The environment was calm and suitable for rest. Even though there was no face-to-face meeting with the owner, the communication through WhatsApp was smooth, friendly, and very helpful. Check-in process was easy and everything was well prepared. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Cyberjaya.

Cons:

Nothing much to complain about. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The atmosphere of the house is clean, maybe 4/10, in the picture there is a TV and a sofa, but in reality it is not there, they said that there is only the main bedroom, but the problem is that there is no sofa in the living room, we share the same house with other people, then the owner and the cleaner are rude, we checked out late, it was our fault but the sentence he gave was rude like "what?" and she choose to argue with the customer in the chat, as long I booked other airbnb and booking many times I was late to check out more than 12-1 but never again did the owner of the house utter a rude sentence

Best Mutiara ever
Pros:

Overall I had a pleasant stay with very clean room peaceful environment. Firm table and strong wifi plus quiet environment enabled me to work from home during my stay. Strongly recommend.

Comfortable and clean stay in a convenient location, good for a short visit.
Pros:

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was nice and the environment was quiet, which made it easy to rest. Check-in was smooth and the location in Cyberjaya was convenient.

Cons:
