Overpriced room rate for what is offered, noise from neighbours child at midnight was unacceptable, some electrical sockets not working, paid for room on arrival and then a few hours later another $100 was made without reference to me.

i appreciated the location and service from the staff during the stay. would stay again.
Pros:

i was particularly happy about service from a staff who went out of his way to make sure that a change in my marriot bonvoy account was reflected on the account. Also remembered that i had enquired about applying the hotel discount card to a meal i had there. The location of the hotel was good for cambridge, which was what i was looking for. So close to MIT and harvard if thats what youre looking for.

Great but not for the price!
Pros:

Great location in Cambridge- a walk to everything.

Cons:

Nice place but pricey for what you actually get- subpar staff, continental breakfast not included (and not very good), ok amenities.

Adequate but not worth the price.
Pros:

Close to everything.

Cons:

Expensive with no amenities. $8 bottled water, no coffee available in lobby, food very limited, no pool, no shop available for necessaries and no parking. Very bare bones and quite expensive.

Comfortable beds but hotel services, interiors, quality not at all worth the $500/ night
Pros:

Beds were comfortable.
Easy street parking

Cons:

Added fees (and then they give you half of that back as “complimentary credit”), coffee $6, charge for bottled water $8 in room, had to go to 7th fl to get water (no water/ice machine on 8th floor).
Sheets were old and ripped, cabinet broken.
