Goed ontbijt, ruime kamer, goede service bij vragen aan de front desk overdag.

Cons:

Bij aankomst kort na middernacht was de mevrouw aan de balie kortaf en zei me dat ik geen boeking kon hebben voor "tonight", omdat het hotel vol zat voor die aankomstdatum. Toen ik aangaf dat het (uiteraard) om die zelfde nacht nog ging (technisch gezien dus met een boekingsdatum op de dag ervoor, omdat het net na middernacht was), ging ze toch mij boeking opzoeken. En die stond natuurlijk gewoon in het systeem. Het leek mij overduidelijk voor welke (over)nacht(ing) ik daar stond...

Happy employees make for happy guests.
Pros:

I was quite frustrated with a flight that had been cancelled -- after several delays. It was as so refreshing to be greeted by your staff with a big smile, concern for my safety and helpful gestures. The bed was also quite comfortable. My only suggestion for improvement is to update your shuttle bus.

The shuttle bus was dirty, rickety and old.

They didn't email or call prior to my arrival that there was no water, and I had to scramble to get a new hotel close as I was dropped off. I'm still waiting for the refund, but since I'm able to do a review, I feel I will not be getting a refund.

A waste of money.
Pros:

Close to airport

Cons:

Staff told us they Did not recommend leaving our car there during our 4 night vacation. That’s why we choose this hotel, thinking we could as there website indicated. We had to pay additional $ parking across the street. Very loud with the noise from the planes.
