Great experience
Pros:

I was grateful to get a room here. It was clean and everyone was nice and helpful. My flight was diverted then cancelled in Detroit. I had what I needed in my room including a refrigerator and freezer for my medication. Great shower, too. I didn’t have a chance to have breakfast or use any other part of the facility.
They also had a shuttle which was an added bonus.

Pros:

Entry smelled nice. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

It was a little weird. Things looked either nice/new or very worn down. The airport shuttles were very dinged up. On the room, things were clean but like poorly redone....misaligned wall paper in room. Bubbling wallpaper below vent. Everything just felt a little weird. The price was great but I don't knie that I would stay there again.

I enjoyed the stay and the hotel environment.
Pros:

I liked that it was clean and modern on the inside regardless of what the outside looks like.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the television did not have streaming service options such as Roku, Netflix, Hulu etc.
