Disappointing
Cons:

I was really looking forward to the Jacuzzi tub in my room. They failed to tell me that there was a glitch in the button to turn it on. All night I tried getting it to work. The maintenance person wasn’t available to help and in the morning they could switch rooms. So I paid almost 200.00 for a room that didn’t have what I wanted . A week later I’m still trying to get the refund that they promised through booking.com.
Highly disappointed in the hotel and booking.com.

Pros:

Clean. Breakfast area and waiting room were kept tide and Clean.

Cons:

Sausage did not have good flavor. Not sure what it was made out of.

Exceptional staff when checking in and out. Clean and comfortable room, excellent continental breakfast. Thank You!!!!!!

Cons:

Need to install quieter air conditioning units, hard to sleep or watch tv when the unit is roaring and just starting. VERY LOUD!!!
