Pros:

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The maintenance guy helped us to our room and chatted with us a few times during our stay.

Cons:

I booked a room w a fireplace and there wasn't one.

I would not recommend this facility for anyone to stay.
Cons:

Services were not available as advertised. There was little initial cooperation with wanting to cancel and rebook with another facility. Staff were not helpful and responded basically with a take it or leave it attitude.

Pros:

Our room was clean and quiet and comfy. The pool was great, kids had a good time. The breakfast had a ton of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Traveling with kiddos and found this place totally serviceable.

It was a great time
Pros:

It was comfortable, we were given fresh towels every day as well as our bed made, and it came with breakfast, dinner, and 3 drinks per night included.

Cons:

The pillows were half sized, we had to pay for parking, the food was often out and had to be waited for (but they were short staffed so i understand), and the gravy was too peppery
