Pros:

The staff was great and having a parking garage was an advantage. Everything was very clean.

Cons:

No complimentary breakfast & the on site restaurant is very expensive. Not even a cup of coffee in the lobby.

Great location, clean room, will pay extra if you want a substantial breakfast or to park your car.
Pros:

Great location - can't beat the streetcar stop literally out the front door. Friendly person working at Starbucks and quick line. Quick check in. Nice setup in fitness area. Quiet room. Great to have the Kemper right out back. QT a block away is nice for snacks or to fuel up on the way out of town. A short-ish walk up or down the hilll to get to Country Club Plaza for food or entertainment.

Cons:

Water pressure in shower was not great but it did the job. Number plate broken outside our door (1221) and some sort of purple stain on our little table in room. I spent some time on Saturday afternoon in the lobby reading and the woman at the front desk had a horrible cough and wore a mask but mostly off her mouth - she probably should have taken a sick day if she was working with the public.

Disappointed in my return stay. Far cry from my first stay
Pros:

The breakfast and the Asian hostess was amazing. We had to book an additional night due to highway closures. This is my second time staying and I must say I was not pleased. I came back based on my first visit to this hotel. I will look elsewhere my next trip.

Cons:

My room was freezing the first two nights, the thermostat needed batteries, the toilet flushed extremely slow until it finally stopped up. I will say it was all taken care of when I rebooked the additional night.
