Zufriedestellender Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage und tolle Anbindung an gratis Street car und damit zu allen Seehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmer geräumig. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis zur WM-Zeit erwartungsgemäss unausgewogen.

Cons:

Desinfektionsgeruch auf den Gängen. Die Hotelbar war sogar zu einem Zeitpunkt nach einem Spiel vor Ort und trotz hoher Anzahl von dementsprechend internationalen Gästen bereits um 24h geschlossen.

Esteban was great valet
Pros:

Esteban was so amazing. He drove all of our friends to the plaza and he was so funny and nice. He was very welcoming and made us feel safe in his vehicle. He was very kind and I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Made our hotel experience a 10/10! If I ever come back I would ask for Esteban every time. Deserves a raise!

hotel valet was super helpful
Pros:

The valet driver, Esteban, was a safe driver and took us to the plaza. He was very helpful about where to go in the city and super friendly. this hotel need more of estebans!!!!!!!!!!!!

Esteban was the nicest guy ever… He took us to the plaza, gave us tips on where to go and what was good!!! such a safe and responsible driver! he also was a great conversationalist!!! awesome valet!

All in all, we are very glad we stayed there. Location-wise it was ideal for our purposes.
Pros:

Check-in was good. Room was very nice. Pretty cool that the Tunisian team was staying at the hotel.

Cons:

On our second day, our room was not made up until late afternoon. The parking garage is too tight. I'm sure you know that.

Overall, the hotel room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Cons:

We booked this hotel room with breakfast included, but when we checked in there, they didn't give us the meal tickets. Then the next day morning when we went to eat the breakfast, they stopped us and asked for the meal tickets. We showed them our reservation record that included breakfast, but the dining hall staff member called the front desk and was told that they did not see we had paid breakfast. That was very annoying! Later when we went to the front desk and told them they did not give us meal tickets, the staff member still said he did not see we had paid breakfast on their record. After we showed him our reservation confirmation, he gave us the meal tickets, but advised us to tell Booking.com in the future to make sure to inform the hotel clearly about our reservation with breakfast included. We had no idea of what was going on, but only felt frustrated.
