Glad I didn’t. Won’t ever. Will recommend against it to others.

I like that I didn’t stay there.

Cons:

One of your employees at the front desk was unhelpful, unpleasant, and ignorant. He did not know if I could check in at 3 AM and said he couldn’t guarantee anything. Absurd Considering I was going to be paying and just wanted a guarantee I could pick up a key. Had to ask for a supervisor. When I called back to ask about parking that employee recognized me and was very curt then hung up prematurely.

Not our best stay.
Pros:

The location is perfect. That’s why we pick to stay there every time we go to Kansas City.

Cons:

When checking in, the guy at the front desk was not friendly at all and couldn’t understand what he was saying. The tv didn’t work half the time and the sink backed up in the middle of the night so we weren’t able to use the sink and it smelled really bad.

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was a chance to have a night to ourselves in a long time. The staff was great and very friendly.

Cons:

The room itself was clean and nice. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was very hard and stiff. To pay a price for a hotel and room like that at the very least there should be quality beds. Not value beds. The Wifi is horrible as well. It took forever to log in and would continually drop. The TV allowed you to log into Netflix but the Wifi is so bad it just sat and spun before connecting. Once connected it kept dropping and we could not watch the movie. On top of the hotel issues there was a family of 6 on our floor and they were incredibly loud from about midnight to 1:30 am. While this is not necessarily the hotel's fault it just added to a rough stay. We won't be staying here again.
