Nice place, refrigerator made terrible noise every night every 1/2 hour and the bathroom fan sounded like it was going to explode any minute

Friendly staff, enough parking and access. Rooms clean though it is quite warn and could use a refresh.

We liked the hot tub, good way to relax after a long day of driving.

Good pool

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. However we did need to request a repair to the bathroom light which was handled quickly. There could have been information in the Room regarding WiFi numbers, placed to eat etc. also an anti slip mat for the bathtub would have been helpful. The walls are thin and we could hear others talking and tv’s playing.

The room was very outdated, toilet paper holder broken so toilet paper had to sit on the sink, old sink fixtures, sketchy cell service so couldn't watch hardly anything on tv., door lock bent so wouldn't engage (not dead bolt)
Good things: breakfast was sufficient, nice attendant, refrigerator in room, parking good.

Spacious double room with comfortable bedding; vey convenient snack and coffe with tea station at the entrance lobby. Walking distance to shops, dining, west Yellowstone historic center, Wolf and Grizzly sanctuary

Close to national park! Decent room

청소상태나 시설은 평범. 위치는 시 외곽이라 다른 편의시설은 멀지만 길이 한산해서 금방갈수 있음. 무료 조식을 준다했는데 가보니 빵 몇개와 삶은 계란 등 매우 적은 종류의 음식으로 스낵바정도 였음. 작은 실내 수영장과 hot tub가 있음

Great room and location, pool and spa great. Just blocks from West Entrance! Breakfast great!!!

Perfect location for using the West Entrance of Yellowstone. The guy who checked us in wasn’t particularly polite and welcoming, but it was busy so I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. Easy drive to get to some shops and restaurants and the breakfast was nice. I would stay again!

We enjoy Yellowstone every time we come. Had a nice room, but had trouble getting TV channels we wanted to watch. Liked the breakfast too.

Loved our stay here. Cosy place & very comfortable beds. Easy walk into town for good choice of bars & restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay rooms clean and comfortble bed great location

Fan in bathroom was loud, a very minor issue. Washer and dryers are poor. Washer did not spin water out of clothes and dryer needed 2 cycles or $4 to get the clothes damp and not dry. Bead was very comfortable. No live tv
