This has always been my go to, and probably will remain that way.
Pros:

Cleanliness, it smelled amazing upon walking in.

Cons:

I booked during a kids trip, so mid morning there was sooooooo much banging and stomping and loud noise. I was trying to nap and couldn’t; I had to just get up and leave for a while. Walls are definitely thin and can hear everything.

Loved the outside fire pit the staff was the best.... breakfast was good ,great location we really enjoyed this place and rates were great too..perfect area to visit our older brother and enjoy some much needed time!!

Cons:

The hot tub needed to be hotter and the jet were not very strong but relaxing..

Clarion " Disa-Point!!"
Pros:

Location was in a good spot. Seemed to be safe. The indoor pool was nice for the grandkids to enjoy. Loud music was playing and it contained profanity in the lyrics, so I wasn't pleased to have my young grandkids subjected to that

Cons:

I requested a wheelchair accessible room and this was not big enough for someone using a power wheelchair. The HVAC system in our room didn't function correctly. Only one the electrical outlets and USB ports beside the bed worked. The desk was broken away from the wall and the outlets attached to it were useless as well. The light in the shower would flicker but never light up completely.
The "free" breakfast was confusing. This hotel is used by a lot of travelling sports teams and most of the players need to be in their fields by 7-730, so they have to leave the hotel 30-60 minutes just to get to the sporting event so those families can't partake in the breakfast. Too bad, because the sole lady working the breakfast area was doing a fabulous job. The already prepared food was tasty and surprisingly good. However, the juice machine was ragged looking and the face of it was loose. Also, as someone in a wheelchair, I had a difficult time reaching items high up. I even burned my wrist on the waffle iron. I can imagine young kids trying to reach the food. Disappointed there wasn't any whole milk or chocolate milk to choose from.

Shower was warm, not hot. Shower door didn't stay completely shut. wish there were more food places in the area but the hotel has no control over that.
