A good one night stay.
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast offered nice selection of breakfast items.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable and though hotel was convenient to highway - the location resulted in a very noisy and restless night.

Cons:

Room smelt like smoke... my wife has circumstancial asthma and she was using her inhaler the whole time! I mentioned it 3 times and nothing ever came of it! The hallway smelt like urine that they tried to cover up with febreeze. The bed had a dip in it, the location was not great, no outdoor space, and the pet fee was outrageous, breakfast was mediocre. Expensive hotel for no good reason, never again.

Staff was nice and accommodating.
Pros:

The hotel is located close to a major highway. Lots of traffic noise during the night .A variety of stores and restaurants conveniently located.

Cons:

Too close to the highway, the shower door 🚪 came off of the track. Paying for parking.

My wife and I was "very disappointed" about the "Complete Absence" of Customer Service.

The house keepers that were hired to keep our room cleaned basically did not do their job. We checked in Wednesday afternoon Aug 12th. We checked out Sunday August 16th. Our room was not cleaned, trash not taken out, towels not changed, had to ask for fresh towels twice, used towels stacked up in our bathroom, bed not made, almost ran out of toilet paper, had to ask front desk for toilet paper about 11:59pm Friday night, told the front desk our room was not cleaned. Our room was partially cleaned one day (Saturday Aug 15th) before we checked out. The house keeper took out our pile of dirty towels and trash bins full of trash but "did not" even make our bed.

Our stay was fine it was a huge bummer there was no pool

Breakfast was great plenty to choose from and location was great since you could get to anywhere you needed to go with no problem

Cons:

I have three kids that were so excited for the pool and we found out when we checked in there is no pool

Pros:

The breakfast was good and the room was nice and the shower had plenty of hot water.

Cons:

I couldn't put the charges on my PayPal or my online banking card. I couldn't even combine my credit cards if had to go one card. And no one came to make the bed and clean my entire week stay.
