Great hotel, comfortable, clean and nice employees!
Pros:

Staff at both nighttime check in and morning check out ~ both ladies were very pleasant, polite and friendly. We encountered a few staff members in the morning ~ maids and a gentlemen who was mopping by the elevator bay and they were also pleasant, smiling and said "Good Morning" as we passed each other. Breakfast was good, although I was sad that there were no waffle irons. There was oatmeal though and plenty of toppings and 3 other hot options as well as fruit, pastries, bagels and all of the usual breakfast items offered in this type of set up. The lobby and food areas were clean and well kept. We had had about 18" of snow the day prior to our stay, but the parking lot and parking spaces were shoveled out and there were just a few that weren't accessible b/c of piled snow, (which is totally understandable with that much snow!) . I noticed that the handicapped spaces were especially well taken care of and it was nice to see that someone made the extra effort to see that those spaces and the sidewalks were completely clear and salted. Overall, we had a great stay there and would highly recommend this property!

They charged me twice the price and they even bother to return my money , we called a couple of times and they didn’t have an answer for us , I am still waiting to get my money back

It was a freezing night and the hotel was warm. Beds comfortable and front desk very nice!

It was just a stop on our way home. The entrance is a little tricky to see

Relaxing, comfortable, clean & tidy.
Pros:

Always smells and is very clean. Bed is super comfy and relaxing.

Cons:

The first time we stayed it was exceptional. Then the second time we stayed everything was wonderful again expect there was a leak in our bathroom around the shower and they never did anything about it or changed our room. And the third time the staff was so sweet and friendly , the room was nice but the air was no working and it was very warm and hard to sleep but other than that definitely a 8/10. Highly recommended.

Es war vernünftig ausgestattet und Preis Leistung passte halbwegs zusammen

Cons:

Es hätte noch etwas sauberer sein können; fremde Haare im Bad gefunden. Und nachts hatten wir alle zwei Stunden ohrenbetäubenden Lärm einer anderen Klimaanlage.
