The parking is the other building, no bridge or covert connection
We were in room 303 which is directly above the light rail train, Between the noise from the light rail, the noise from the heat that kick on and off all night and a toilet that was running and the tub faucet that dripped all night, it wasn't a restful night.
Great large rooms. The Front desk receptionist was efficient and jovial! I met my service maid, Edith and she was helpful and kind. The welcome cookies are great!

There was no one at the property to receive or help. We had extra luggage with the baby and there was no person who could help us.

They charged us the credit card security payment twice plus for the bottled water we didn’t drink.
It was in a good location for the PATH and was easy to find with plenty of parking. The hotel was quiet with large rooms.
When we arrived at 5pm to check in our room was not ready so we had to leave our bags and cone back later. We went into NYC then returned at 10pm where the room was declared ready. However when we got into the room the sofa bed had not been made up and we were a family of 4. We unfolded the bed thinking it may have been made up but it hadn’t and there was no bedding left out for us so we had to go back to reception to get the duvet and pillows. In the morning we found that there hadn’t been enough towels left for us either so it was back to reception. The following day housekeeping then took the towels but again only replaced 2 so we had to ask for more again. It wasn’t the end of the world but was quite frustrating…
