Great experience for a team meeting
Pros:

We hosted a small team meeting at the DoubleTree while in Las Vegas for a trade show, and the experience was excellent. The accommodations were wonderful, and the meeting planners we worked with, Bryce Balleras and Stevie Cancel, were fantastic partners throughout the process. We would absolutely return the next time our team is in town.

Nice front desk staff. Comfortable beds. Free breakfast is a sub standard buffet. Food options not good. Terrible wi r options. No iron in room. Only walkable outside food option is Applebees.

Cons:

The recepcionist did not warned us about breakfast voucher. Eventhough we have purchase our breakfast ahead of time, nobody didn't tell us about any breakfast voucher.

Outstanding Experience for Business Meetings
Pros:

We had an excellent experience at the DoubleTree Hotel Las Vegas Airport. The team was incredibly quick, responsive, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. We were looking for a venue to host a business meeting on short notice, and they were able to accommodate us seamlessly.

The service throughout our stay was amazing, and our event contact, Stephen, did an exceptional job supporting us every step of the way. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this hotel for business meetings or events and look forward to working with them again.

I stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree in Las Vegas last week and had an outstanding experience. My experience was excellent from the beginning to the end of my stay.

Brooke, the Sales Director, has been amazing from start to finish. She is professional and has amazing customer service. Bryce is Brooke's assistant and carries the same work ethics. My experience to book our group with the DoubleTree was seamless.

The hotel was clean, and maintained well. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

I recommend this hotel due to the location, and amazing staff!

Carlos is the best!
Pros:

Carlos worked the front desk and was amazing. Not only did he cover the cost of our parking, but he also upgraded our room all over a little delay in us checking in. Amazing costumer service from him made the stay amazing!

Glad it was only for one night
Cons:

Bathtub wasn’t cleaned. Full of hair. Room with two queen. Blood spots on two pillows. Pillowcases not changed room next to elevator. Very noisy. Can hear everyone coming and going
