It was not a very pleasent experience staying there that one night.
Pros:

The location is good and breakfast is ok.

Cons:

The toilet was clogged when in the beginning and someone came to fix it, but after that it kept on clogging.

Había dos trabajadores muy dedicados, sobretodo Jennifer. Muy buena ubicación, al lado de central park y con estación de metro muy cerca. Dado que nos quejamos porque no funcionaban las tarjetas que abrían la puerta de la habitación, el último día nos cambiaron a una habitación mucho más grande, aunque antes de entrar picaron para ver si había alguien…

Cons:

Las fotos que salen cuando reservas no son reales, son muy pequeñas, la llave no nos funcionaba nunca, teniendo que bajar a recepción en muchísimas ocasiones y de hecho, casi perdemos una excursión un día por no poder volver a entrar. Desayuno con muy poca variedad y con muy pocas mesas para la capacidad del hotel. Ascensor muy lento, lo que obligaba a subir y bajar andando. No limpian las habitaciones sino lo pides, nosotras lo hicimos y lo único que hicieron fue hacer la cama, creemos que ni cambiaron las sábanas en una estancia de casi 10 días. El baño no lo limpiaron claramente y no cambiaban las toallas. Toallas insuficientes en cuanto a número. No reponen los jabones del baño cuando se acaba. El cuarto no tenía secador, al pedirlo no funcionaba. Instalaciones muy anticuadas, hasta el punto de que la bañera se veía marrón de lo oxidada que estaba.

Pros:

El desayuno le faltaba frutas y cereales calientes,la ubicación era perfecta,pero la entrada necesitaba mas información del hotel

Cons:

Al momento del check in hubo un mal entendido con mi pago ,me trataron grosero que porque la tarjeta declino y que no estaba pago mi reserva,cosa que se pagó a booking .com today la cantidad de mi reserva y luego el gerente arreglo el problema y no me pidieron una disculpa son un poco profesionales en cuanto a eso. De lo demas todo bien.

Pros:

Poor communication among and between staff. What you get from one staff it turns differently to the other, then you become the problem unnecessarily. This about day stay extension and water was sold @3 usd but others got for free

Cons:

Staff at the restaurant are all lovely 😍

Pros:

Location is great, parking garage is close by and central park is a hop skip and a jump away. Great value for the money. would stay there again for sure.

Cons:

The bathroom shower and bathroom is extremely small. Me being 6ft 4in and 250lbs. I could not even turn around in the bathroom at all nor could I turn around in the shower.

Underwhelmed to say the least.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The elevator worked. Breakfast was decent. The location is the best things about it.

Cons:

The hotel is badly in need of an upgrade. My room wasn't ready at 4pm, came back around 7pm and was exhausted. My room was tiny, very run down, dings and scuffs everywhere. My bed sloped toward the center. I laid down without even changing into my pjs and woke up about 30 min later with a soaking wet back. Turns out the bed was wet and leaking through the sheets onto me. The front desk host and maintenance (sweet people) came up to take a look, they then upgraded me. My second room was significantly better (King Suite) but smelled of cigarettes and the hallway getting to my room was filthy (q-tips on the ground, old towels, trash).
