Location
They locked us out before checkout time. And it was not technical error, it happened to many customers as we observed. Also Internet was 10mbps ...you kidding when we experience 300mbps or higher at other places and on top of it, you need to view a video to get Connected to the hotel wifi..bullshit...breakfast ran out under their inventory stock on first day of week and attended simply said "no more in stock"...wont recommend.

L’hôtel n’est pas propre, le tapis de la chambre est très salle au bout de 15 secondes après que mon enfant a mis les pieds sur le tapis les chaussettes blanches sont devenus noirs de la saleté. Ça sent l’humidité et les animaux très fort. Nous avons été blessés plusieurs fois avec les bordes du sommiers qui sortent.

Small in the room
It is right off the highway, near a Target.
When I was a child, we stayed at a hotel that had pegboard walls and it was so dingy that we wore shoes the whole time. Thirty years later, my siblings still use this as a litmus test of hotels- ex. “The hotel wasn’t super nice but it wasn’t peg-board-hotel bad.” This Comfort Suites is my children’s pegboard hotel. To start, we’ve stayed at a pet-friendly hotel before but this one felt like a zoo of dander was in the room. The halls were old and run down and the elevator was on its last legs. The room was equally as bad. The rug was old and brown, who knows what it was hiding. We didn’t let our luggage touch the carpet. The beds were not good. There was a box spring under the mattress and it was completely uncovered. The mattress had no protect pad on it. There were stains on the wall. We almost walked away but we were far from home and had no other options. 😬 Save yourselves!

Not negative about the property
A very good place if you need to sleep . Breakfast included. It's not an expensive hotel and for this price it's amazing. I recommend.

Could have been cleaner,looks like it's starting to get run down
Cleanliness, the outside doors were unlocked all night long did not feel that safe.
Breakfast was ok. I live in Rochester and I bring my 3 boys there in the summer to enjoy the pool , the gym and making waffles. It is a one day mini vacation that I can afford and they love it. We'll be back next summer.
No complaints here.
