Stay was acceptable, would not stay here if there were a better option at the same price point.
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was perfectly acceptable, with hot and cold options and fresh fruit. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was obviously cleaned, but overall dingy and kind of run down. This is typical of an older hotel from this chain, and not unexpected.

Cons:

Room was dusty. Bathroom light was broken. No hot breakfast all weekend. Ice machine located on main floor. We were put in a room at end of hallway.

Worst ever.
Pros:

The location is great. Right across from a gas station and not far from plenty of places to eat. The staff was also nice and courteous.

Cons:

The included breakfast was horrible. The hot food was down the entire stay and they only had bread products available. But no cream cheese for bagels and only skim milk for cereal. The orange juice was also out and it really ruined the morning for me. I choose to stay here for the convenience of not having to go search for breakfast but this left a bad impression. The room also wasn't cleaned good. We had to have the front desk come up and clean the toilet because there was pee and hair on it as soon as we entered the room. The bed sheets were stained and crumbs left around the bed. The fridge was turned all the way down so the freezer section leaked everywhere. It was the worst experience we have ever had with comfort suites and we always stay a weekend this time of year for a local convention.

Wouldn't stay here again!!
Pros:

The location to activities we had planned.

Cons:

The TV only had 5 channels also hard to see from couch, no hot breakfast items, furniture was well worn, pool was cold and area not the cleanest. Clean person did not speak or understand English. Sidewalks not cleared of ice and snow. NO SMOKE ALARM in our room.

It was clean for the most part

The pool wasn't heated as it was advertised the continental breakfast was a complete joke no waffles available to make nothing but cold sugary options some people have diabetes it took three different rooms to finally feel comfortable as well we won't be staying with this place again
