Parking was safe....I did not notice a lot of shopping availabe within walking distance but it is a short drive to utica square where we had brunch and shopped
The staff makes this place!
First of all, the staff is MARVELOUS!!!! The property didn’t look great on drive up or inside AT FIRST or at least it wasn’t what I was used to— but I was wrong, after getting comfortable I realized how nice of a hotel this is. I extended my stay

I loved the service, the well appointed and spacious rooms, and the shuttle to and from the concert. Also, Marlon in the bar was an outstanding bartender!

Great hotel and staff
The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Check in was easy and they accommodated us a little early. Our mattress was uncomfortable and when I told them they were attentive and gave us a lovely free breakfast in the Chalkboard their hotel dining. Someone came and evaluated the mattress so it will be replaced for next visitor!! We loved the location and would stay there again!!
I was disappointed that the hotel shuttle was not working so we had to Uber downtown.
Service in the bar was also lackluster. Took awhile to get a drink ordered.

The bed is so comfortable that I don’t want to get up in the morning!! The hotel is beautiful and upscale, but the atmosphere feels like home. What sets this hotel apart from the others are the people! At the front desk Mirandah, Tyler, Anna and Jake are always welcoming, leaving hand written welcome notes and lavender sachets. Marlon in the bar is like family and he makes amazing drinks!! The management Michelle and Brad are amazing too!! This is absolutely the nicest hotel in Tulsa!!! I highly recommend. Being Marriott Ambassador status, I stay in hotels more than I’m at home and The Ambassador is my favorite!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The free and easy parking made arrival stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Inside, the hotel was super cute with a charming atmosphere, and the rooms were impressively spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making for a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

A little pricey
I recently stayed in the Ambassador Tulsa during the snowstorm. The staff were all so amazing! The rooms were plush and very nicely appointed. Chalkboard Restaurant had such an inviting atmosphere and very appealing menu items. Old world charm and luxury exuded from every inch of this historic gem in downtown Tulsa.
Fantastic Hotel! One of the best 5 stars I have stayed. Room sizes are HUGE!
