Housekeeping needs improvement

The location. The cookies at night

Cons:

Arriving to my room. When i entered the room the first thing i noticed was when i turned on the lights they had very dim light bulbs. Could barely see. The room was pleasant at first glance. When i entered the bathroom i noticed the floor was filthy. I wouldnt take my shoes off. There was tooth paste on the counter. At breakfast the oj was watered down. They had ran out of waffle mix at 8:15 and said they didnt have any more. I went to the pool area where they had cemented in where the hot tub was. The exercise equipment was totally out if date and the light was burnt out in the sauna. There was never nobody at the ftont desk. They didnt fill the water container in the lobby everyday. I asked the housekeeper to replace my towels for that day and clean the bathroom floor. She didnt clean the bathroom floor. She never gave me clean towels ever again. She never entered the room the rest of the time i stayed there. The bath tub was slippery and had no rubber bath mat. The outside of the property was emaculant the inside was a little ran down and not very well kept. House keeping needs improvement!!!

Pros:

Breakfast was decent, about what you would expect for a continental breakfast at a Comfort Suites. Staff was friendly, though there was rarely anyone at the front desk to assist when we needed it. They do have a sauna.

Cons:

We didn't get our room cleaned once in the 5 night/4 day trip we were at the place, not by our choice either, so that was annoying. I'm definitely used to an every other day cleaning schedule on longer trips. There is no hot tub at the location any longer.

Pros:

Lovely lady in the breakfast room trying her best and working very hard to keep things going for the guests.
Location was close to what we needed.
Check in employee was pleasant.

Cons:

Supplies and equipment need repair and replacement in the breakfast room.
Bathroom door in our room stuck badly, one child got stuck in the bathroom during the night.
Bathroom outlet is barely hanging on and did not work.
Elevator had dog pee puddle in it twice and a pile of food debris in the corner that never got cleaned up. It smelled very badly in the elevator.
Beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Cons:

That the staff unlawfully entered my room when I wasn't there. That I had paid in advance yet they gouged me for more money and had locked me out of my room.
Now because of my last review I am on their "Do not rent list" all this after I had rented on 3 different occasions over 3 months to the tune of over $3,000 out of my pocket.

I didn't like leaving my room with the do not disturb sign in place and my room blacked out from the far corner.All of the way through. Meaning there was not a single light on. I had also paid for my room and cash upfront.
And tipped.
When I returned to my room, I came to find that I was locked out. And when the staff opened my room for me, I came to find that my lights in both rooms had been turned on all of the way through.
I was also told that I owed money, which was absolutely impossible.
Yet I still paid whatever sum was required.
All of that being said it was discomforting and alarming to say the least.
