Stuited our purposes
Pros:

Great location & friendly staff.
There's a Safeway next door.
Being on the river was nice.
Looking at the floor plan, we were put in one of the largest rooms.

Cons:

The mattress needs replacing. It had very deep wells.
Also, the A/C unit in our room was LOUD. We mentioned this to the desk staff and they said they would take care of it.

House keeping 2 days did not make bed never vacuumed when we got there room was not clean and we were in a suite. Very disappointed

Pros:

Location, close to Freeway. Safeway grocery store with Starbucks right next door. Heated pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom and little too small, no tub but it was fine for a few days stay.

Definitely not clean, but big room and pretty view
Pros:

The view from my room was very pretty and my room was very spacious. The bedding was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good, lots of good options

Cons:

It was definitely not clean. I use a black light to check for any nastiness left behind and the toilet as well as the shower looked like there had been some kind of liquid left on them that dried. There was also dirt/dust in every corner and ants living in the AC. The window looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile since there were spiderwebs all around it. The night before I left I saw a silverfish bug and there usually around if there's high humidity, which I felt there was. The door seemed like it could easily be broken down due to how wiggly it was, but the lock and door stop were pretty solid. When i checked in the staff also said just about every detail that could be dangerous for someone to overhear as a woman traveling alone. My room number, floor, how many nights I'm staying & the fact that no one else was in the room with me were all said outloud at a volume that anyone behind me could've hear it clearly.

Pros:

I don’t know. They overbooked, canceled my booking, even though I called and said I’d be arriving late. They said no problem. When I called prior to arrival they said because they were overbooked and I booked third party, they canceled

Pros:

The lighting in room and the convenient room design. The lady at the front desk was was very nice and pleasant and easy to talk to.
