Pros:

I loved the friendly staff. Everyone was friendly. When I had a problem someone offered to come up to help me.

Cons:

My room had a strong smell of Pinesol and there were two used coffee pods, one in the Kerig and one sitting on the tray. There was only one coffee cup. I wasn't sure if things were really clean because of that. The bed was very hard so I was in too much pain to sleep. Sat up all night after tossing and turning a couple hours. The bed was the worse problem. I would take not totally clean over a gard uncomfortable bed.

Comfortable and well located facility. Admin at reception can be better.
Pros:

Closeness to airport.
Room size & layout.

The staff at check out, at 5 am on the morning of April 1st was very kind and competent - she helped me load my luggage into the airport shutttle and drove us to the airport in good time.

Cons:

The phone did not work and there was no Wake up call as requested.
There was No Breakfast Bag although it was offered at the time of check in.

Not very clean and they obviously don’t want to be working there so they make your life miserable as well.

We will give this place a second chance.
Pros:

The manager was more than accommodating and was very apologetic about the rooms not being clean. We understood they were short staffed. She honestly ran the hotel herself.

My room was not clean when I arrived at midnight.
