Breakfast was bad not the food the set up and only one worker who was clearly overwhelmed
Could not get tv to watch local news. Looked like blood spattered on wall. Cobwebs on the ceiling
Love the airport shuttle service
It is close to the airport and freeway. The staff were friendly.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired, although the yogurt dispenser was interesting.
It was clean and seemed well taken care of, staff was friendly but wasn’t the most informative about fees.
I wasn’t to happy about the parking fee and the cash deposit cost $200 vs the card deposit cost at $75 neither was on the site where I booked my stay. Also I wasn’t informed of this until check in and then was neglected to be informed about the parking fee which resulted in me having to make 2 separate trips to a dollar tree to load money on a card so I could even afford my stay
Easy access to the interstate.
Hair in the bed and the clean towels in the bathroom. I had cancelled a previous reservation because they said online that they had a hot tub but when I arrived they had taken it out and put in a sauna and I discussed this with two hotel staff that checked me in and assured me that they had one. The hot tub was broken. The entire reason I wanted to stay there and even confirmed with the hotel staff is to get in a jetted hot tub. The Jets didn't work and it was barely warm. Found long black hair in the bed in between sheets and clean towels. I tried going down the steps to go out to the garage and mistakenly went out the fire exit and was stuck outside in the construction.
The bed was very very comfortable really soft and the room was nice and cool.
The room did have a little bit of dust and one of the cabinets was broken but it is understandable it's under remodeling so okay with me.
The staff were amazing! I don't remember the last time I felt so personally welcome. They went out of their way to help my son and his family with a baby and a toddler.

Shabby room. Run down. Major construction happening, no signage to entrance, dining area is dismal with no windows and prison lighting.

Hotel was dirty. Hair was everywhere. The carpet has stains and rips in it. Doors and walls had scratches and chips. The curtains by the window had somthing brown all over it. Bed was uncomfortable. Hotel was loud. Could hear running and stomping above us. Pictures online look nothing like it in person.

Super old and run down. Parking was tight, bed was uncomfortable, pillows were flat.

The check-in was a nightmare the front desk had no idea what he was doing, they charged for parking and had NO parking even when I told them there was none. My son has a broken leg and we had to walk a block around construction in the parking lot to get him inside, the bed had hair on it and was hard as a rock, then the "free breakfast" was an absolute joke!
