They offered breakfast
It was way over priced for the quality of my stay I had booked it from Friday- Monday half the time there was no staff member at the front desk, I tried calling the front desk several times and no one answered, we were given 2 towels for the entirety of our stay we were there for a soccer tournament so my grandson needed more than 2 towels and when I went to ask for some I was told they didn’t have any clean towels and that they would try to get me some before our checkout, which didn’t happen I asked on Saturday, we went swimming in the pool which was itself an odd thing because the the jacuzzi was cold and the pool was hot, when we got out there were no towels there either so we had to go dripping to the elevator then up to our room. One other thing is they only had one disabled parking spot available because the other one had a broken metal pipe structure covering it. We also had some very annoying people in the room next to us that were fighting and banging things around from about 1 am till about 3:30-4 am which is when I discovered that they would not answer the phone at the front desk. Needless to say it was a miserable, costly (expensive) stay . Lesson learned

Got there at 10 pm room was not clean or ready for us...had ro wait then when we got checked in and went up to the room it still was not clean...at 3am we heard out door being tryed to open then it opened my sister and mom both ran tords the door and pushed it shut it was a member of the staff..we tryed to call front desk no answer went down to talk to them there were 3 of staff members there..they said we were not checked in even threw we were we and that we were marked as a no show..we had to sign stuff when we got there and they put my card on there files so I know we were checked..in we were booked for 2 nights we only stayed 1 night we have 3 littles with us and we did not feel safe they could have handled it better like knock on the door...called the room..or something we left after the frist night we asked to talk to a manager and was denied...we told the front desk lady to check us out eay and why...she never checked us out I had to manually check us out the next day..we are not happy and did not feel safe

N/A! i had to extend my stay MANY more times than intended, we just have no desire to switch to another hotel during our cross country stay. (: we come every year here & this year & last year we had tried others. this year we ended up canceling all other places & returning to our “Ole Reliable” 😹
I loved that the pool and spa were open 24/7. The room was spacious even for 4 of us. Got a free upgrade to a suite and free breakfast, thanks Booking.com!
No towels in the room. No soap, no hair conditioner. The ice bucket had a clean bag tucked in with a good two inches of water in the bottom of it. There were obvious messes left from previous guests that got ignored, like pink something on light switches and also the wall unit for the air. I didn't disturb it because I'm kind of hoping its still there. The light above the coffee bar didn't work. The remote for the main tv also didn't work. The pics are of the bathroom, I am a professional cleaner and we didn't use the shower so there is no reason for soap scum to be on the floor. I understand staffing issues, but this is a training/management issue. Whoever is checking the rooms is not paying attention. I worked in hotel housekeeping for years. This is laziness, not understaffing. It would be a much more pleasant property if the rooms were cleaned and stocked as they should be. The overnight front desk staff could benefit from a supervisor and additional training.

La proximité avec l’aéroport et certaines commodités surtout pour mes premiers jour. Le lit est le plus confortable où j’ai jamais dormit !!! Vraiment excellent sa ! Le petit déjeuner était top , ont n’a découvert des textures et des aliments qu’ont n’avait encore jamais manger. C’était super ! Et la réception était vraiment gentille et compréhensive surtout avec le faite qu’ont n’a du mal à échangé dans notre langue..
Franchement j’ai tout aimé. Tout était très bien et il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait.

Everything horrible customer service will never stay there again. One of the staff was so disrespectful to my fiancé. She's diagnosed with autism and they treated us horribly I could not believe it. And after our stay they charged my debit card with 6 or six other transactions on of 500$ one of 250$ on of 100$ one of 50$ one of 15$ and another of 10$ dollars.
