3th time here and not the last.
Pros:

Personel was very kind and always helpful. Room standard , breakfast was fresh and good. Fitness & pool in the object. Very close to shopping mall. Very close to I-5 if you heading to airport you can avoid all the traffic.

Fine but not great.
Pros:

Room was quiet, however it overlooked the roof of another part of the building which had AC units, fans, vents, etc on it so was loud if we opened the window and unpleasant to look at. The breakfast was OK--the pancake machine was out of order, but they had eggs and sausage. There was plenty of space to sit inside, but no options to eat outside. The whole place was mid with nothing too terrible but also not good enough that I'd choose to stay here again for the price.

Cons:

Room had a terrible view, breakfast was just OK but not great, no place to eat the breakfast outside so for anyone COVID cautious or immune compromised it may not be a good option.

Staff were so lovely, nice clean room, great pool and super breakfast!

We loved the pool and that breakfast was included, plus access to coffee at all times!!

I enjoyed the food and the room.

Cons:

I requested more towels which i didnt get, I dont like that the house keeper came before my check out time, it was supposed to be 12pm not 11amI came back to my room and she's already in there cleaning.
Also, I dont know if booking.com is at fault or the lady at the desk when I called but she kept telling me I hadnt reserved a room and said the confirmation number was too long, so I was frustrated cause she kept telling me it wasnt under any of my names. I told me to contact booking.com and it just kept sending me back to the hotel to call and co firm. So either she didnt hear me correctly or she needs to be retrained
