Lobby and breakfast area were great. Very convenient location to Hershey attractions. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Everything seemed clean and tidy. Good free breakfast.
Pool heater was broken. The room was a bit worn, the A/C struggled to keep up. No lounge chair in the room (just an office chair). Small bathroom, shower in the tub with just a spray head - would prefer a walk in shower and shower wand in addition to the spray head.
Location. Overall clean.
It was a little outdated. The tub needs to be replaced for the most part. The shower head was not the greatest. The ceiling in the bathroom and some of the cabinets in the kitchen needs repairs.
Breakfast was good with many options. Well stocked and kept clean!
I was looking forward to using the pool but the heater was broken and the water was way too cold for my comfort. That was my only disappointment.

We like the location so close to Hersey park. We loved having free WiFi, breakfast included and clean area.
The breakfast could have had more options. The pillows were to thin and too soft.
Breakfast was reasonable if you showed up to the early hours, if you showed between 0900 am to 1000 am you were left with nothing, very bad for hotel image.I didn't like the dirty carpet in the room, didn't like the pool smelling so much chlorine that you almost pass out, and the every other day room service.
The wifi service kept having breaks. Very frustrating especially when working on a project.
Location is great, breakfast is good.

Staff was great. Close to Hershey park. Good for a one night stay.
Needs updating. Carpets have stains. Bathroom ceiling looks like it was patched by a child. Shower was not ideal.
