Pros:

Attended an event here and was fortunate enough to stay in the hotel how are you doing. The staff was super friendly and helpful to any of your needs.

Cons:

They had the AC so high I had to keep going outside to defrost 😆 I. Sure that is just me though.

Way overpriced.
Pros:

Nice location, clean hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included, despite a very expensive stay in a smallish small. Also the charge for the parking vallet was ridiculously high (>$60 for one night) and the store sold S. Pellegrino water bottles at $8 a piece, kind of absurd. The hotel is nice and has a good location, but the quality price ratio is bad.

Inn at Penn, please see to it that my money is refunded asap.
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

They took $250 as a security deposit and have failed to return it several weeks after I checked out. Absolutely no damage whatsoever to the property. My money is stuck in some bureaucratic limbo and the hotel is not doing enough to ensure that I get my money back. I am not happy at all.

Nice rooms but service is not okay.
Pros:

Location! Proximity to UPenn is amazing, and beds are super comfortable. The lighting in the room in bathroom is not great, but ok if it’s a sunny day in Philly.

Cons:

Housekeeping is a real miss here. I brought some of my own coffee and personal items (tissues), and housekeeping threw them away - I had a privacy sign on the door and ONLY asked for towels and tea bags hung in a bag on my door. Entering the room was not okay. I had to ask for water multiple times, robes (normally supplied), and tea bags (normally supplied). The hotel is under construction, but there was no messaging about that during my booking.
