Relaxing stay
Pros:

Quiet and well maintained property. The hotel is away from the road for privacy. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the breakfast.

Not a bad place to stay if you’re looking for budget friendly place.
Pros:

Overall stay was not bad at all. I was using crutches which made it difficult to climb the stairs to get to my room. Shower floor was very slippery when wet which was not good for me after knee surgery recovery. Walls were also too thin, I could hear talking tenants on both sides of my room.

Floors in the room were dirty… socks were black from just walking from bathroom to main room to get shoes.

Cons:

Air conditioner was very loud every time it cycled on and off in addition, smoke alarm started blinking red over my head all night long. Noise from parking lot as well. Not a good night sleep.

It was not too far from Newport area

Cons:

It seems like it needs some repairs. The lights in the bathroom flickered and you could not plug anything into the outlets

This hotel was nice a bit older but they were upgrading the rooms. Clean, comfortable, just what we needed for the night.
