Pros:

The room had a great old jazz & blues era feel. There was even a usable record player that I thought was a great touch. Very spacious and comfortable and the location was prefect.

Fruit and coffee/tea stations were great and location was perfect.

Cons:

Mattress really soft and sinks in in the middle - so hard to get comfortable. Thermostat centrally controlled so you cant set your own temp (the technician they sent up to us when it wasnt working explained that to us). Costumer service lacking - we had to call/text/go down to the front desk to remind. They were not on top of things or maybe not communicating to each other well. We had a great time in Charleston but the hotel was a disappointment.

Great hotel, convenient location, great value for money. Clean and quiet room. Would stay again!
Pros:

I was given an upgrade when booking to a large room. It was fantastic. The room was very spacious, nice natural light. Bed was comfy and the room/area was very quiet.

Cons:

Hotel pillows are quite soft, personal preference I like varying options to choose from. The aircon also took a little to come down to the temp I preferred.
