Friendly and helpful staff
Quite old location
It was close to the airport & the room had a kitchenette.
The room was in unacceptable condition. The drain was completely clogged with a used bandage and a large clump of hair, which is a serious cleanliness issue. There were roaches in the room, the TV remote was missing batteries, and the vinyl flooring between the tub and toilet was peeled up with visible water damage. The floor looked grimy, worn, and potentially moldy. Overall, the room did not feel sanitary or safe to use.
Unfortunately, there was no staff available at the front desk after check-in to address these issues in real time. I later contacted Booking.com, but they were unable to reach the property and only offered a $12 credit, which does not reflect the condition of the room or the inconvenience caused.
The staff was great
It was filthy. The bathroom wallpaper is falling off, the tub was dirty, the room was dusty, the blankets had dirt on them. The bathroom tile floor felt like it was coming up every time you stepped on them.

I didn't like that my room was not ready when I arrived.
My wife arrives after dark and there are men openly drinking in the parking lot. The lobby smelled like weed. she felt unsafe and left without checking in....totally unacceptable.

The hotel had a room available.
The halls were dark and unwelcoming. The unit had different color paint on the doors. ( bathroom door). The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. It just was not worth the price. It is an old building! It is need of an updating.
Good customer service
The toilet wasn't flushing properly and the room had roaches.
I was on the first floor and the kids on the floor on top of my room were extremely loud when I was trying to sleep late at night and early in the morning
