BedBug Central... Avoid At All Costs...
Pros:

Not a single thing. Although the desk clerk was very helpful and apologetic to the fact that there were visible crawling bed bugs. She moved us and attempted to do a refund.

Cons:

Everything. The place was filthy and had bed bugs on the entire 2nd floor. This hotel needs to be condemned. To make matters worse, the fire alarm kept going off from other residents negligence in cooking within there rooms. Fire dept was called at least 3 times. No one was attending for clean towels or toilet paper. Good thing Walmart was just up the block. Just horrible, highly recommend to avoid at all costs.

The kitchen inside of the room and the bathroom was very clean. The staff was great

I would not come back to this hotel. Its old and need remodeling ASAP. It needs some guest bathroo
Pros:

The breakfast was grab and go. Muffins fig bars coffee or hot chocolate. No juice. I paid $177.00, and would think the breakfast would be great.

Cons:

I did not like the roaches in the bathroom and the kitchen area floor. Im so glad I moved the food inside the refrigerator. When I was walking to tell staff, it was a roach crawling on the hallway wall. The receptionist took my room key immediately after I report the issues. She checked me out before I was ready to leave, and before check out time at 11:00 am.

Ok for a few hours during a long day time layover. Did not spend the night. Would not if I had to.
Pros:

Staff was courteous. Good fluffy towels in bathroom, even though I didn’t need to use them.

Cons:

Hallways dirty and floors sticky. Outdated fixtures in room and bath.
