The price

Cons:

The pillows were flat. The plugs were loose and won't hold our chargers. Towels were thin. Had to take lid off, toilet in order to flush. Asked for an extra pillow and was told no. You could read through the coffee, it was so watered down.

Our stay was not pleasant
Pros:

Wasn't told there was breakfast when checking in.

Cons:

The fact that the pictures you portray on your web site were very nice and our room was disgusting, half the electric plugs didn't work. We had to walk across the grass a ways to our room dodging the piles of dog poop.

The worst hotel you can stay

The room full of dust, bed bugs, the dirty and old rug, the smell of cigarettes smoke and weed in the room, the walls with huge holes, the bathroom door all rusty and didn’t close, mirror almost falling… I had to book and go to other hotel because in that condition with no sanitize you can stay. The most incredible thing is that even I didn’t stay in that hotel for 3 minutes… they charged me the stay. And booking don’t do anything to protect the customer, that is me and I trusted in the pictures of the rooms that they show in the booking website (anything to do with the real room, I attached pictures). The owner a nasty person also that didn’t want to give me the money back. A complete stress for me, horrible situation.

NOTHING. Hard to get in and out.

Cons:

It was TERRIBLE. FIRST room didn’t even have an air conditioner and room was dirty. Second room had a smell, was dirty, only had one light with a bulb in it, one light was broken in corner behind chair. The bathroom fixtures and tub were all stained and looked nasty. Television wouldn’t turn on and their wasn’t even a remote in room. Left and got very nice room at Motel 6 across the road. Would like to have refund.

Pros:

We did not stay here. It was too gross. We left as soon as we saw the room. The beds were unmade upon arrival, looked 100 years old ,and wobbled, weren’t clean and the were roaches all over the place. There weren’t even any pillows on the unmade bed. I’ve never been so repulsed. This place needs to be shot down ASAP. There was a strange odor throughout. The drape on the winds was ripped. It looked like a scene out of a horror movie. I was there with my son. We were going to sleep in the car if we had to but fortunately found a place else where. The lady told me she couldn’t refund me but I will not let this go by.
