Horrible experience from start to finish.
Cons:

They couldn't find our reservation at first, tried to make us double pay, finally decided to just "give us a room", then he took us to our room and went in first to unplug an industrial carpet dryer. He had given us a room that had recently flooded and was still drying. The room smelled heavily of mold and when we told him we couldn't stay in that room he told us multiple times it was okay for us to stay in there. He finally agreed to give us another room, took us over to it, and that room had no issues other than having no TVs and the doors not closing properly but at least it wasn't recently flooded.

I wasn’t to please with the room change!!

It had a molded smell in room and hall

Cons:

The reserved room wasn’t available! And the tv didn’t work! Bed was very uncomfortable!

Horrible experience overall!

It was close to our event.

Cons:

There was a crackhead in the parking lot during our stay that came up to me, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, the room smelled so bad. We were charged $87 for towels that we didn’t even use. They claimed we stole them. I don’t think they were in the room to begin with. I never really check because we always bring our own. The manager said the property owner would call me to discuss further after he rejected my request to refund me for their error but he never did.

Amazing, Clean, Family Friendly, Spacious Rooms!
Pros:

Staff was extremely helpful. Room was very spacious. I got the 2 bedroom.

Cons:

There is not a single thing that I did not like. It was Great!

Pros:

Staff was good.

Cons:

Got charged a pet fee of 25 dollars each pet, even though the web site did not specify how much or if there was even a pet fee. Could have stayed somewhere else cheaper.
