It was ok. Just not up to the level of a normal Hampton Inn
Pros:

Close to my work location

Cons:

No complimentary water upon check in. Room seemed older. Missing tile in bathroom. So-so patch job on shower ceiling. Just felt older….

Great location; renovated property
Pros:

Nice property was recently renovated. Impressed with the finishes in the bathroom. Breakfast was great. Location close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Cons:

Met my expectations for a Hampton Inn but not luxurious.

When I was able to finally get a room it was nice.
Pros:

The staff, Crystal was super helpful

Cons:

I was unable to book through site and had to through a second source, I was unable to adjust my rate due to issues with the system . I was unable to get government employees or AAA rate discounted. Also I went to use the lobby bathroom and it was a filthy full toilet and the back tank and handle were covered in urine.

Out of control...
Cons:

Very noisy from highway traffic. Lobby filled with alot of loud children and 10-15 adults that was drinking alcohol . Children ran hallways beyond 10:30pm. Both friday and Saturday. Breakfast is still dull at all Hamptons. Parking at this location is limited and tight.

The most comfortable night’s sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a while.
Pros:

Hot water heater issue. None for 2 days. Half a day with no water at all. Should have a back up plan

Good then bad
Pros:

Staff was great dealing with the water issue we had. From t desk and manger went out of their way to get us a tub of hot water so that we could wash as get ready for the memorial service we were in town for.

Cons:

Should be a back up plan for when hot water boiler fails. We had 2 mights without hot water and one night without water al all.
