Pros:

I liked our well appointed, spacious room. Great shower and the new means of offering soap, and shampoos is dispensers right in the shower. Staff was always friendly and made us feel welcome. We always travel with our Golden Retriever. We appreciate the large dog walking area and the available poop bags and disposal area. This was our second stay at Virginia Beach Doubletree...we were not disappointed.

Cons:

There is ample parking at this site and we were very disappointed to find that we were charged for parking right there in the hotel lot. Parking in this lot was free the last time we stayed at Doubletree Virginia Beach. The parking registration process was awkward and time consuming.

I enjoyed the stay, the bar was nice and the location was perfect, no hot water was horrible for my athlete and me

Close to venue we played volleyball

Cons:

There was no hot water in our room... staff was made aware and nothing was done. Very disappointed I was not moved or reimbursed in some way . The manger of the hotel will not even call me back

Pros:

The location was pretty nice. When I was booking online I didn’t expect it to look as nice as it did when I walked it. It’s a cozy and quiet hotel. I would definitely go back.

It was loud and the guests were not required to be considerate of others.
Pros:

It was very pet friendly. The room and common areas were clean, and the restaurant was top notch

Cons:

The music was thumping until 11:08pm. And it was very loud in spite of us being on the 11th floor. After the club stopped, the guests went to their rooms and forgot how to just talk. Everyone was screaming and yelling. The pool was murky and filling with children running and leaping into the water, and giving each other the finger.

Realizaron cobro extra por el parqueo y en la publicidad que ofrecen en booking la reserva incluía desayuno,al momento de desayunar no enteramos de que el desayuno tenía un costo extra y en un momento pensamos que leímos mal sobre el desayuno sin embargo momentos más tarde otros huéspedes bajaron a desayunar y recibieron la misma noticia que nosotros que debían pagar aparte por el desayuno que acaso esto es una publicidad engañosa
