Clean well appointed room. Great breakfast. Staff at reception were fantastic and keen to help with later checkout time.

Pros:

Great view over the city when it snowed.
Great amount of space, good air-con and heating options and comfy bed.
Having options of shower, bath and Jacuzzi was great.
Breakfast being provided was great.

Cons:

Jacuzzi put flakes in water when jets were run which was pretty off putting.

Will definitely stay again when we need accommodation in Kamloops.
Pros:

Close to everything. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was remodeled, very comfortable and clean.
