A quick pit stop
Pros:

Great for the price! Basic but comfortable. Served our needs and included breakfast. Easy access on and off Hwy 5 just south of access for Hwy 5 to Sunpeaks!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Fairly close to the hospital which was the reason for our stay.
Pros:

Good location, pretty quiet.

Cons:

I realize the continental breaks are not great and only go when in a hurry. This one tho was very minimal, no fruit at all, low grade yogurt and not much selection and little of what they had. Maybe because being off season??

A good looking room, but can do better.
Pros:

Trying to look high quality, large room, fancy Dove soap, shampoo, etc, cable tv with limited options, lots of good quality towels, face washers, etc. They provide tea bags but no kettle, so I asked for one and they gave me. Front desk clerk called me to ask if everything was ok. Staff were very helpful, went out of their way to help me. A few breakfast options- a couple of cereals to choose from, fruit and different pastries, juices and tea/coffee- filled me up.

Cons:

Paint job does not look professional in some areas, especially bathroom, no you tube or streaming apps/doesn’t appear to be a smart tv. They only supply disposable cups, no ceramic cups or mugs, poor sound proofing so you can hear traffic on nearby highway, heater can be noisy.

Excellent stay
Pros:

I typically stay in Kamloops on my frequent trips to Vancouver Island. I've tried many different hotels in Kamloops some have been great others not so great. I've had great stays at travelodges in other cities so I thought I would try this particular one up on the hill. It was a great stay they met my request for a quiet room everything worked great, bed was extremely comfortable and it was quiet. The desk manager on that night went over and above in service. Room also included a continental breakfast
