Staff were helpful

Cons:

House keeping was not up to the mark, everyday one or the other items were not being replaced, for example one day milk for coffee was not replaced, other day water was not replaced, so on. But that’s not a great issue because the hotel was very comfortable

Very modern and large rooms. Great location.

Cons:

Room cleanliness could have been improved. It was a bit dusty and there was a large stain on the wall from something that was split (easily wiped off). Bathroom was clean though.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war toll und gross. Betten auch gut. Für mich persönlich ein wenig zu weich, für die Kollegin gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Haben kleines Geschenk bekommen zum Geburtstag. Die Lage ist auch gut. Ich würde hier nochmals buchen.
