Considering the price paid (over SAR 10,000 / more than EUR 2,000) for a six-night stay in a 4-star suite in Milan (5–11 June), I expected a high standard of accommodation and service. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below what would reasonably be expected.
The main issues included:
* The room was noticeably dusty from the day of arrival, to the extent that we had to take anti-allergy medication during our stay.
* The bed was unstable and uncomfortable. It initially had wheels on one side and wooden supports on the other. Although staff attempted to fix it, they simply fitted wheels on all sides, leaving the bed unstable.
* The handwashing area was extremely small and poorly designed, resembling a sink in a takeaway restaurant. The metallic installation was unstable, with no practical space even to place a bar of soap.
* The bathroom faucet continued dripping throughout the night after being turned off.
* During our six-night stay, complimentary bottled water and facial tissues were not replenished until we insisted after the third day. This meant they were replaced only once during the entire stay. The tissues provided were damp, and the bottled water had a metallic taste similar to tap water, so we ended up purchasing drinking water ourselves.
* Used towels were not replaced daily. Instead, housekeeping simply rehung the same damp towels over the bathtub.
* I reported these concerns within one hour of check-in. The hotel’s response was an apology accompanied by a small box of candies, while none of the reported issues were meaningfully addressed or resolved.
* Although the surrounding neighborhood felt safe, the hotel is located far from Milan’s main attractions, requiring frequent and relatively expensive transportation.
* The sound insulation was virtually nonexistent. Even on the third floor, every passing vehicle could be heard clearly throughout the day and night.

Un parking souterrain sur place, l'emplacement à quelques minutes de Eataly et autres commerces.
Le lit et les oreillers trop mous, le bruit de la rue ainsi que le petit déjeuner esthétiquement joli mais produits de piètre qualité (jus de fruits très industriels, pâtisserie médiocre, oeufs brouilles surcuits)
L'accoglienza gentile e preparata struttura molto bella
La stanza aveva un problema di aria condizionata che perdeva e il pavimento era bagnato , lo staff alla reception gentilmente mi ha detto che al rientro della cena mi avrebbero cambiato la stanza ma al rientro c'era altro staff un umo e una donna che parlava da dietro una parete maleducati che chiedevano a mè una relazione di quale fosse il problema perché per loro il problema non c'era. Quindi discussioni alle 11 di sera dopo una giornata pesante. Brutta esperienza per due persone così ne risente tutta la struttura.
