Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good location
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our beds were comfortable and the breakfast and night meals were great!

Cons:

The location is a plus normally, but right now with construction going on we just had to make a few adjustments to getting in and out to where we were going.

I would have preferred better quality bedding, and better air conditioning, the bathroom was hot

Our Go-To for the Area
Pros:

We first stayed here 8 years ago for a family funeral (we used to live in Newburgh). We enjoyed the popcorn and free drinks then. Back in the area for another funeral, we knew where to stay. But now you serve dinner too. Even better! The room was great and all staff were very friendly and helpful. My only request is to maybe offer some fresh fruit at dinner as well as breakfast.

the staff was the best staff ever in any hotel to date.Mark the manager goes above and beyond, and his entire staff seemed happy and helpful. Danisha was precious, and Johnathan at front desk was super. The food was nice the guests were fun and friendly. I can't have gluten or dairy and had food to eat. That means a lot. Loved there was a bathtub.

The bed was horrible. Need to put on good toppers or something.
