Quality Inn and Suites

I was completely disappointed with this hotel. Upon arrival it smelled the floors were sopping wet. They gave me a room on the first floor with a cracked window. The bed was stained. The carpet was dirty. It was disgusting. I refuse to stay. I actually checked out not 10 minutes after checking in.

Shower water wouldn’t shut completely off
Smells like mold
Door wouldn’t lock
Staff was busy evicting people
Didn’t feel safe

The room was musty and moldy the bathroom to turn the shower on I had to use my wrench because the shower knob was broke wouldn't even on there that hot water and cold water wasn't on there The next morning I wake up apparently a pipe burst before we got there and in the middle of the night so there was no water anywhere

Hotel had no rooms available when I tried to check in. Hotel smelled dirty when entering front door.

I was surprised when I drove up to the property. The area of town was a little more transitory than I expected. I was even more surprised by the condition of the hotel. While the lobby area was okay, upon walking upstairs to where our room was, it was an immediate disappointment. I tried to tell myself the building was old. However, upon walking into the room, we found bedspreads that looked like they hadn’t been washed. Everything about it gave us the sketchy feeling. It felt so dirty. The tile in the bathroom had large hole around the controls for the shower. The cold water knob was missing. We later found a used cigarette behind the toilet.

On top of that, the staff was rude when we called to find out about Internet. Which they then told us was out. The appropriate course would have been to let us know upon check-in.

In all the years I’ve stayed in hotels, this was also the first time I’ve ever been distract 9am by housekeeping and then to be greeted with a question of whether we were staying another night or checking out. To then be informed that the water would be shut off for two hours.

I would not recommended staying here due to safety and cleanliness.

Sheets on bed were dirty. There were old cigarettes on the counter. The whole place smelt disgusting. We called the front office to confirm the time that breakfast ended (9 am) we went down at 8:50 and they were cleaning up and they told us they closed it all at 9 but it wasn’t even 9 yet. There were no pillow cases on pillows and there wasn’t a shower curtain. Would not book here.

We didnt even stay they had drugs around theplace no tv in the rooms electric wires hanging from ceiling it was nasty not worth staying there would like to get a refund

The door lock didn't work for my first room. Got moved to a second room and the room was musty. On the way to the second room there was an active leak with water pooling on the floor (it wasn’t raining outside). Lots of shady people walking outside, so I felt skeptical if my car was going to get broken in or stolen. The security lights in the parking lot were dim

This property was horrible. We didn’t stay and we were not given a refund. The room was disgusting and the smell was unbearable. The pictures on Orbitz do not represent what condition the property is in.

The 2 rooms i tried the doors opened without a room key.

There was blood in the room, the bathroom looks like it was recently used or was never cleaned. The towels were used up and just hung on the clothe hanger. For some reason there were a lot of screws inside. One of the beds didn’t even have sheets. Completely unsafe inside the building.
It seems as though people live in the building. The doors including the main entrance is missing the door locks. There are people smoking in the hallways. Feels like you’re walking down an abandoned building with some of the worst people living inside it.

Nothing i liked!! Got there first room TV didnt work and i flpped the night switch heard a pop and all the lights didnt turn on any more; second room key wouldn't open door and bed was not made, third room bed didnt have bedspread/comforter on it and at 10:00 pm TV shut off along with the microwave, refrigerator and the coffee pot. Breakfast was a toaster, one waffle maker, and 12 cup coffee maker. I won't be EVER staying there again.

Rooms were not clean...no linens... beds and rooms not clean... holes in bathroom shower... undergarments left in room under bed. One room door wouldn't lock. Not satisfied at all.

Horrid experience. We arrived at 9 pm to check in with a paid i. Full reservation mad hours and hours before to be tald by a grumpy receptionist that they had no clean roooms available. They turned us a way. We were told by another hotel that this hotel is known for no clean rooms, no housekeepers. No hot water and soe.times no water at all...worst hotel expereince ever. Expedia should remove it from their listing...

Booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1 because of event rained out. When I went to check in the room was not ready and I was told , about 10 minutes. Waited for a while, and decided to come back after going to event for the afternoon on Friday. Room still was not ready so they gave me a different room. Room had not been cleaned very well. At 10:30 decided to turn in and found out the sheets on the bed were dirty and had been slept on.

1st room just wow I can’t even imagine what happened in that room. Bed was unmade and found something in the toilet. Got another room but that one had issues as well tv hardly worked, the tub handles leaked when taking a shower. Hopefully this new manager does something for other customers

Room wasn't ready so they refused to allow us to check in, but took our money from online booking. Seems a common theme with this hotel according to previous reviews
