Pros:

After staying at another property and being highly disappointed everything here was very refreshing. Front desk Nicole and the lady in breakfast was very friendly and accommodating to my busy weekend. The kids enjoyed the pool and thought the room was very nice.

Great stay for my mom
Pros:

My mom stayed here while I worked. She really loved the hotel facilities and the staff. Sequoia at the front desk was amazing. Very nice and she answered all our questions. She went above and beyond to make my mom’s stay great. Thank you to all the staff we greatly appreciate the friendly atmosphere.

It was everything I could have wanted and more at a terrific price.
Pros:

We have stayed at this location 4 times now and every time we have the best stay that we could ask for. Staff are polite and welcoming from check-in, meals, and housekeeping. Huge shout out to Ms. Nicole at the front desk - she is phenomenal with her customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for the guests. She was able to handle some tricky requests from us without missing a beat. We will always choose to stay here whenever we are passing through Greensboro. We all love the pool and hot tub and what’s not to love about free breakfast, dinner, and drinks?!? Always a pleasure.

I would stay there again , but they need to improve on the breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast just so,so; hotel was very clean, they do have dinner for you in the evening and a happy hour along with breakfast for you in the morning. That is a good deal

Pros:

I loved the actual hotel, the immediate surrounding area wasn't great. The hotel did make up for that by requiring key access to enter the hotel after regular business hours. The staff was great, the space in the room was amazing and breakfast was also great.
