Pros:

Location is excellent and staff tried to make amends altho they gave away the room I booked, and could not make up for it; this was a special occasion too

Cons:

The cot they gave us to make up for the fact that I booked a two queen suite and then they failed to have that, the cot was very small and you can feel the springs;

Cons:

Mattresses were too soft. There was a cockroach in the bathroom of the second room I booked. Overall the rooms looked a little rundown. Parking spots are very tight.
