First experience traveling to San Antonio
Pros:

The service at breakfast and dinner was very good.
Available parking is very important.
It has a good location and local access.
The staff is very respectful and nice.

Cons:

The only downside to the hotel was its pool, which I felt was not clean.

Very nice place to stay and everyone was very pleasant.
Pros:

Loved the balcony overlooking the RiverWalk. Close to everything. Enjoyed the free breakfast and the 5:30 kickback. Really only needed to go out for lunch.

Perfect! Very clean, staff was very welcoming even how hectic it got due to it being memorial weekend and it being jam packed they did a fantastic job to make sure guests enjoyed their stay! Great atmosphere over all

Great location right on the Riverwalk
Pros:

Like many before me, I rated this hotel 4/5, as I would definitely return, and the positives far outweigh the negatives. The room and location of the hotel were super. Admittedly, however, the furnishings were a bit tired, and worn, especially the carpets in the room. Loved the location right on the riverwalk, and it was centrally located in downtown San Antonio. When booking this hotel, however, ensure it is the one on the Riverwalk. There is another Drury Inn two blocks away.
The breakfast and Happy Hour/evening meal were pretty standard for Drury Inn, which is pretty solid overall. I will say that the staff were right on top of cleaning up and re-stocking items in the buffet.
Again, like many others, we found the parking garage very tight, and barely had enough room for our rental car. Had it not been for backup camera, I would still be there trying to park...lol
There was some noise at night from the river, but hey, it's the Riverwalk. Not the hotel's problem.
Overall, the staff at this hotel were very helpful and accommodating. A gentleman at the check-in (Chris) was a bit curt with us, and maybe was having a bad day. It took far longer than it should. He could have been a bit more patient with us, as one of the party has a hearing impairment, but masks it well.
If you are considering booking this hotel, I would, and we would stay here again if San Antonio is in our future.

Pros:

Our stay was so enjoyable. The staff were great, it was clean, breakfast, snacks, dinner and free drinks. We will stay here again.

Cons:

We enjoyed the pool but the hot tub was small and not very hot. The rooftop area was very nice though.
