My stay was excellent and I'll stay again.
Pros:

Didn't make breakfast over at 9am and that's too early for some on vacation time.

The nicest people in the best location
Pros:

I love the free drinks and snacks at happy hour plus the location can't be beat. It has parking, which is expensive, but still a decent value for Riverwalk.

Pros:

Right on the river and downtown. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance.

Cons:

I drive a bigger vehicle so I couldn't park on site. The hotel didn't have a valet, so i had to park off site a few blocks away. The parking garages do not have in and out service either, so plan accordingly.

Pros:

I loved the location right in downtown San Antonio and on the Riverwalk. I loved the huge selection for breakfast and the assortment for dinner. Popcorn was also served daily from 4pm-8pm. I'll definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Access to riverwalk and great location!

Cons:

We checked in at 12:15 at night. We got our key only for the room key to not work. Management comes to try to open it and the doors locked from the inside. Our reservation was given away after a 6hr drive there. So we had to go downstairs with all of our luggage and 3 kids along with grandmother and didn’t get a new room until almost 2am!

Loved the idea I could walk right to the Riverwalk, everything else over priced.
