A clean and comfortable stay let down slightly by confusing check-in and unclear hotel signage.
Pros:

Overall, the stay was pleasant.
The room was neat, clean, and well maintained.
The bathroom facilities were also clean and tidy.
Once settled in, the accommodation was comfortable and met our expectations.

Cons:

On arrival, I was a little concerned because the surrounding area seemed quite run down.
The check-in process was confusing, as guests need to collect their keys from the bar.
The hotel entrance is not clearly marked, making it difficult to know where to go.
At first glance, it looks more like you're entering a pub than checking into a hotel.

Top pub with accommodation and meals close to dfo & hombush attractions
Pros:

Convenient location, great food , newly refurbished rooms and hotel interior great staff good price .

Cons:

Minimal on-site parking, but could park on street , it's a pub/ hotel, so toilet/ shower facilities are off the hall, not in room , but we're great , easy access. The Hotel has minimum accom so it's not a problem 👌 and the rooms are all up stairs via a separate access., would happily stay again ,

Cons:

Shared common showers and toilets which wasn't made clear up front.

No easy access to drinking water unless you drank from the basin taps in the common shower.

Stairs to the rooms re not ideal for more senior customers.

stayed for a concert at Qudos arena, Dinner was delicious and beds were awesome along with friendly service and very clean and tidy shared bathrooms

Pros:

Shared bathrooms were clean and stocked, bed comfy. There was a communal area with tea, coffee, water, cups, milk etc that was very helpful.

Cons:

It was quite noisy with the main road right outside and the trains, didn't bother us as we come from a very loud area as well, but when staying above a pub you don't expect a lot so it did not deter.

We paid the cancellation without even checking in - that says a lot.
Pros:

Nothing really.
The area didn't feel safe, the parking was shocking.
We were travelling for work and the staff didn't feel comfortable.

Cons:

We actually walked in, and cancelled the booking via the app (paid the cancellation fee) and rebooked somewhere else.
Parking in a back alley was bad, the whole environment just didn't feel right, and I wasn't going to insist that work colleagues (employees) who were travelling away from home were made to stay somewhere they were not comfortable with. We didn't even check in.
