Arrivé à 22 heures à l’hôtel on nous a "hébergé " dans une chambre de jour.... les chambres destinées aux passages .....
Une autres chambres nous a été allouée dès le lendemain avec une salle d’eau dont le lavabo est petit sans tablette ni éclairage un wc au milieu.
Un lit confortable ne chercher pas à recharger vos téléphones pas de prises de courant ou pas de lampes de chevets.
Si vous voulez un peu de calme se sera sans Clim et sans frigo
Le petit déjeuner au quatrième étages est confié à un restaurant indépendant ne soyez pas pressé malgré la gentillesse du personnel c’est très long pour être servi d’un café soluble et d’un chocolat en poudre (dans le pays du cacao un comble) des jus en briques du pain et des croissants pas forcément du jours . Ne le commandez pas en service en chambre, dimanche ( jour de notre départ) commandé à 9h 10 nos petits déjeuners après trois appels restaurant et réception ont été servi à 10h 45 ....
La note avec la nuitée dans la chambre de passage .... plein pot hors mis le petit-déjeuner payant de la deuxième personne offert ... 5000 francs
La réception se fait après un long escalier ou le directeur est plus préoccupé par ses comptes sur son ordinateur que par ses clients
Après plusieurs séjours à Abidjan c’est le plus mauvais que j’ai connu
Bien sûr le personnel est adorable comme tous les employés d’hôtels à Abidjan
Séjour plutôt bon, mais atmosphère pesante dans l'hôtel. On sent que le personnel n'a pas confiance vis à vis de la clientèle on s'y s'en tout le temps contraint. Je peux comprendre qu'ils ont reçu des consignes.
Mettre un double vitrage car réveillé par les bruits de circulation.

Everything was very good except my breakfast. I was not able to get it during my stay and none told me how to get it.
I was so frustrated to not get my breakfast but the hotel is very cleaned and the security condition is ok. For the breakfast I should get my money back.
The place is good and clean. There is value for money and the prices for the room are commensurate with the standards. What is on the gallery is what you find.
Staff is helpful even where there is language barrier they try to find someone fluent in English to assist. It will be useful if the hotel invest in English language proficiency for the front office staff.
There is need for improvement on internet connection, it is poor and difficult to connect.
Every member of staff was quite friendly, full of smiles, patient and eager to ensure that I enjoyed my stay, especially as I don't not speak French, for this, I had to extend my stay beyond my checkout date.
The roof top bar is simply exquisite. The rooms are roomy, well furnished and the airconditioners on point. The room rates were very pocket-friendly. Will sure return to Lorenzo.for a longer stay.
