חוויה לא נעימה, יחס מאכזב ופגיעה בתחושת הביטחון והפרטיות.
יצאתי מהמלון בתחושה קשה, ובמקום ליהנות מארבעה לילות עזבתי את המלון לאחר לילה אחד. מהרגע שאנשי הקבלה הבינו שאני מישראל, הרגשתי שינוי ברור ביחס: האווירה הפכה לא נעימה וההתנהלות כלפיי הייתה לא אדיבה ולא מכבדת. גם בסביבת המלון הרגשתי עוינות — בפיצרייה סמוכה בעל המקום לא הסכים שנדבר בעברית. כישראלית, הרגשתי לא רצויה.
במרפסת יש מעבר חופשי לחדר הצמוד. ביקשתי במפורש שעובדות הניקיון לא ייכנסו לחדר בהיעדרי, ובכל זאת, כשיצאתי לזמן קצר וחזרתי, מצאתי שתי עובדות בחדרי. בנוסף, בקבלה דרשו שאפקיד את מפתח החדר בכל יציאה ואקבל אותו בחזרה כשאשוב. כשסירבתי, התווכחו איתי על כך.
הכניסה למלון היא דרך החניון התת־קרקעי — עבורי, כאישה שחוזרת לבד בשעות הערב, זו הייתה חוויה לא נעימה שפגעה בתחושת הביטחון.
החדרים מפורסמים כהיפואלרגניים, ובכל זאת התעוררתי משינה עם עיניים נפוחות מאוד. אינני יודעת מה גרם לתגובה האלרגית, אך כשפניתי לצוות, סירבו להגיש לי עזרה ראשונה או לבטל את ההזמנה, ובמקום לסייע טענו שהתגובה האלרגית נגרמה מחוץ למלון.
גם מבחינת פרטיות וביטחון היו בעיות משמעותיות.
גם האבזור לא תאם את הציפיות מהתיאור: מייבש הכביסה שמוצג כחלק מאבזור החדר נמצא בפועל בחניון. אין בחדר אפשרות להכין קפה או שתייה חמה, ומחירי המיני־בר גבוהים מאוד.
מבחינתי, הבעיה המרכזית הייתה היחס וחוסר ההתחשבות, לצד הפגיעה בפרטיות והפערים בין הפרסום למציאות. לא אחזור למלון הזה ולא אמליץ עליו.הדירה והמרפסת גדולות ומרווחות מאוד.
