Pésimo servicio al cliente
Pros:

No me gusto nada, por necesidad tuve que alojarme aquí, pero la verdad no hay nada como que este una persona al pendiente de los clientes, esto de Digitalizar hasta para entrar a una puerta no está nada bien, si necesite ampliar mi reserva y jamás hubo nadie que me diera una respuesta, repito por necesidad

Si tienes un incidente y contactas con ellos nadie te lo resuelve, el ascensor no está operativo, te hacen un cargo como fianza a la tarjeta a través de una plataforma externa que da menos seguridad que otra cosa, las paredes son más finas que las sábanas, el baño estaba sucio, no te envían a tiempo el método de ingreso...
