Not worth it. Not even a 2* hotel
Pros:

the staff is friendly and clearly trying to make an effort

Cons:

this is lower than a 2* hotel. not very clean and painting falling from the walls/ceiling, weak lighting in the rooms, smell of mold on the hallway and not so clean bathrooms. Definitely not worth the money since you can find other accommodations on 3* hotels at least for the same price
