Pros:

Pros:

Loren was very helpful, friendly and very kind. He was always very respectful and ready to answer all our questions up to the last details. He exerted extra effort to help us with our needs and inquiries. Loren was extremely exceptional and a big asset to Orakai Daehakro hotel. Kudos and more power to the front desk staff!

Pros:

Hotel jest w spokojniejszej części Seulu ale bardzo blisko to głównych zabytków, przystanek autobusowy przy hotelu, to metra ok 15 minut.
Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, czysto i świetny widok z okna

Pros:

Very friendly staff, nice rooms. The hotel is located just outside the busier parts so you have a quiet hotel, yet you can walk in 15min past either side of the jongmyo shrine to get to the livelier areas.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Wonderful hotel in a superb location, walking distance to palaces, Insadong and a five-ten minute journey to Myeongdong and Dongdaemun via a nearby subway. Clean, comfortable, good size room. Even the toiletries in the shower smelt good! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Perfect. We'll be back next year! Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Honestly there was nothing I didn't like.

Good choice for both a short and long stay
Pros:

I have stayed here for 10 nights. The room was so clean, the bed was also very comfortable, and also the location was also quite strategic. The thing I like the most is, the staff was so friendly. Even though there was no iron in the hotel room and the laundry room, but totally understandable because not every hotels provide high watt appliances for safety purpose.

Schönes Hotel, zentral, gute preisleistung.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel zu einem guten Preis mit super Lage. Zentral gelegen aber auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe.
Zimmer sind schön und sauber, schönes Badezimmer mit großzügigem Wohnraum, man fühlt sich nicht beengt.
Personal ist freundlich und unaufdringlich.
Fitnessraum ist sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Pros:

It was good and the staff were great! Breakfast was very convenient and nice to have in the mornings. I liked the showers and room was clean. It was nice to be a few doors down from the rest of our group.

Cons:

It was centrally located but not a whole lot of choices for food and restaurants closed on the earlier side. The wall paper in the rooms needed to be fixed since it was coming undone in some areas.

Great stay
Pros:

The room was comfortable, with a cosy bed, a nice view from the window, and all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and TV. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned daily. We also appreciated having access to laundry facilities for a small fee. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The WiFi connection was reliable and worked well throughout our stay.

Cons:

The hotel was clean and well maintained overall. However, some parts of the room seemed a little dated and showed signs of normal wear and tear. This did not impact my stay, but a few cosmetic updates, such as refreshing walls, could further enhance the guest experience.

Everything was great, might only add that there was no place to store luggage, but this was definitely not the issue even though we had 3 big ones. All in all - great place to stay, will defo book again if I'm back in Seoul :)

Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön und das Bett sehr bequem. Es war sehr sauber.
Die Lage ist toll und von dort ist man mit dem Bus schnell bei den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist eher mittelmäßig und entspricht nach meiner Auffassung keinem 4 Sterne Hotel, sondern eher einem 2 Sterne Hotel. Die Auswahl ist mau und es gibt, bis auf bei dem gekochten Essen, gar keine Abwechslung. Wenn man morgens gerne warme Speisen essen möchte, gab es eine wechselnde Auswahl von fünf bis sechs Gerichten. Bei der Kaffeemaschine gab es nur Kaffe, keine Kaffeespezialitäten. Das Frühstück würden wir nicht noch einmal buchen.

Weiterhin finde ich es als vier Sterne Hotel schwierig, dass für einen vorzeitigen Check-In 10.000 KRW pro Stunde verlangt werden. Wenn das Zimmer fertig ist, hätte ich es als Service verstanden, dass die Gäste ihre Zimmer bekommen und ihre Koffer dort abstellen dürfen.

Super séjour !
Pros:

Lit super confortable, chambre agréable, propre, fonctionnelle avec vue sur le temple, salle de bain très agréable avec grande douche et toilettes avec cuvette bidet à la "japonaise". Hôtel bien équipé avec machines à laver, micro onde, salle de sport etc... Le personnel est particulièrement agréable.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr nett. Ein Palast ist in der direkten Umgebung und auch ein lebhaftes Viertel ist in der Nähe. Es fahren viele Busse, sodass man gut angebunden ist. Das Hotelpersonal und Zimmer war schön und sauber.

Cons:

Es gab leider keinen Schrank oder Laden, um Kleidung zu verstauen.

Amazing Hotel! We will definitely come back.
Pros:

Great location, excellent breakfast and the bed was very comfortable. The room had everything we needed for our 12 days stay.

Cons:

The pillows could improve as they are quite thin, so they do not support your head properly.
