Amazing stay, great hotel!
Pros:

Good location, nice and super clean rooms, tasty breakfast and super helpful stuff! Especially Sophia was amazing, high class!

Check-in process was smooth and super fast, also they have been flexible with us and super friendly! It was really amazing stay and many thanks from the entire group as well! You are the best!

Cons:

Breakfast options can be changed more often. Cafe should work till later, but still all good!

第一天發現吹風機故障，簡短跟櫃檯聯繫後，櫃檯人員就拿了正常的吹風機給我們替換，每天都會來整理房間更換垃圾袋毛巾，還會重新鋪床

Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very clean, a spacious lobby and we could leave our luggage before and after checkout.
For amenities there was a small cafe and a good upstairs seating area too. Gym and coin laundry areas were helpful to have.
Near to a few convenience stores and a short walk to a small Olive Young and some cafes as well.
Very easy to get to from the airport as the limousine bus stops a few mins from the hotel which is a bonus after a long flight.
The hotel is near enough bus stops, we ended up taking the bus everywhere as it was closer than walking to the train station and easier to navigate.
Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday as well and provided new towels and water bottles which was appreciated.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The room was very hot so we had to ask for the air circulation to be turned on a few days. It's not the most central location so that may be an issue for some but we were able to take the bus to the places we wanted to see. There's not a lot of room service options so we didn't use that in the end anyway. It's quite expensive for what you get but we did book a bit last minute so will take that as the reason.
