Nice family stay only interrupted by a false fire alarm.
Pros:

It was a very good stay. Very friendly reception staff and the cleaning lady. Nice breakfast. Supermarkets and bus stops very close.

Cons:

One serious issue happened to us: in the middle of the night there was a fire alarm. We had to grab our kids and wearing only pajamas go down the stairs, from 13th floor. False alarm. We take the elevator to our room, go back to sleep, in about 10 minutes we hear "attention, attention! This was a false alarm caused by a sensor malfunction". No apologies, no compensation.

Pros:

We stayed here with our little baby, and we were in a situation where we needed to keep important medication refrigerated during our stay. Traveling with a baby is already challenging, and having to manage medication that needed to stay cold made things even more stressful for us.

But the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to listen to our situation and went out of their way to help us. They even generously upgraded our room to a suite at no extra cost, which made it much easier for us to safely store the medication and cooler.

What touched us most was not simply the room upgrade, but the genuine care and kindness behind it. During a time when we were feeling a little overwhelmed, their thoughtfulness gave us such a sense of comfort and reassurance.

We are truly grateful to every staff member who helped us. Your kindness meant more to our family than you probably realize, and it made our stay so much more comfortable and memorable.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will remember your kindness for a long time and would be very happy to stay here again.

Absolut empfehlenswert und jeden Batzen wert.
Pros:

Wir waren für drei Wochen in Südkorea und davon zu Beginn für 6 Näcte und am Ende für eine Nacht im Hotel. Es ist sehr guet gelegen mit diversen Restaurants und Kaffees in der näheren Umgebung. Wir waren zu viert als Familie unterwegs, hatte zuerst zwei Zimmer mit Durchgangstüre und für die einte Nacht ein Familienzimmer. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und das Hotel ist sehr sauber unf gepflegt.

Cons:

Uns/mir ist hierzu nichts aufgefallen oder in den Sinn gekommen. Keine negativen Punkte.
