Excellent stay and very comfortable
Pros:

Excellent stay. The apartment is located in a global hotel chain so the amenities are good. Easy and fast checkin with clear instructions. It was clean and good room amenities for a short stay, with a very comfortable bed.

It’s a rip off. I felt scammed. Budget accommodation without the budget price tag!
Pros:

It’s very centrally located. The bed was comfortable enough.

Cons:

A lot! You can’t plug in a microwave with a tiny fridge smaller than an esky and no sink and call it a kitchenette. The air conditioning was terrible. The in built ducted air conditioning did nothing while the huge and noisy additional air con contraption also didn’t cool the place down. Towels were dusty and shedding. The carpet smelt dusty. Some of the furniture was chipped and damaged. A lot of this could be fixed with only a small amount of money.

Passabler Aufenthalt mit anfänglicher Problematik.
Pros:

Die Lage war toll und die Aussicht von der Wohnung war beeindruckend.

Cons:

Besitzer war zur Schlüsselübergabe erstmal nicht erreichbar. Telefonisch ca.30 Minuten nicht erreichbar.
Zudem fanden wir den Geruch in der Wohnung wegen des Teppichs sehr störend.

Would not book this room again.
Pros:

Booked at short notice and that worked smoothly. Mattress is comfortable and bed was well made.

Cons:

You walk into the Sebel Hotel which is gorgeous and then go up to the room and it's a completely different story. Airconditioning didn't work in sweltering Brisbane Summer heat which made for a very poor sleep experience. Fittings are very dated and shower needs maintenance. It was expensive and didn't meet expectations.

I will be making a formal complaint about the parking ! I parked in the secure carpark next to the apartment block ! And what I read is overnight car parking was going to cost $ 20 i got there at 6.30 pm left at 6.30 am approx = so car parking was not busy at all and the secure carpaking buisness had lost no buisness by having my car parked there overnight ! And then I was charged $160 for over night car parking ! I do a lot of travel and for work and leisure and I’ll never stay there again ! That was bluntly ripped of ! It was so not fair ! ( or fair trading ) it was so disgusting and I’ll will be doing reviews and telling people all about it ! The hotel should be making people aware of the problem.

Great stay easy excess to all areas wanting to get out to and looking forward to my next coming
Pros:

Location was great with all locations around the block and easy to get at.Taxi and Public transport was only a call and stop away , this was the real bonus When moving around visiting other locations around the City.

Cons:

There needs to be some of the amenities like Electric cooking appliances needed to be provided , as from my pervious locations theses were supplied.

覺得附有廚房的住宿可以自己煮很方便也很讚
Pros:

位置非常棒，全家住在這裡出門逛街交通都非常方便，往外看的景非常棒！床很大很舒服！

Cons:

但房內的燈光太暗了！但是等鑰匙有點久也要找，好像柯南解密一樣，退房沒有說得很清楚，所以我們把鑰匙放回盒子，但房東說在房內未找到鑰匙，還好我們有說明，另外我們入住當天就沒有看到沙發床床單，所以也不知道入住要清點哪些東西，但退房時房東又說找不到床單，所幸最後房東認為是謎團也沒再說什麼，當然我們被誤解有點小難過還好不影響我們的旅遊心情！

Amazing location, with everything you need for a comfortable stay
Pros:

Amazing location. The room is a bit dated but has everything you need, comfy bed, mini fridge, kettle, microwave, and the bathroom has a bath.

Cons:

One very small complaint is the curtains don’t completely block out the light, so if you’re a light sleeper like me, the light from sunrise will wake you up.

Appartement confortable et bien situé.
Pros:

Bel emplacement. Appartement bien équipé, propre avec une chambre spacieuse. Les commodités de l'immeuble sont très bien.

Cons:

Le matelas du canapé convertible n'est pas confortable. On sent les ressorts. Un des appartement etaot très bruyant en raison des travaux dans la rue.
