Pros:

The staff were fantastic. Hotel is very secure and parking lot is lit up at night Ike daylight. The staff work hard keeping the hotel safe and clean. Our room was clean, very spacious and well equipped.

Cons:

It is in a rough neighborhood so we were concerned. The hotel is very secure however and we had zero difficulty with the homeless crowd that migrated past the hotel each morning. The work crews who stay there, wear their tar covered boots into the hotel, making it tough for staff to keep hallways clean.

Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

I saw some things that needed repairs. The air conditioner in the dining area is being held together with tape and some of the rugs looked shabby.

Pros:

Spotlessly clean; efficient, informative and cheerful staff. Room well supplied. Most enjoyable and affordable stay. Breakfast too was good. Gentleman who greet you was absolutely delightful.

Cons:

We are reaching to find deficiencies but 2 relatively insignificant comments. Small number of tables for breakfast, though such a nice atmosphere people shared the space; Air conditioner was loud even on low, No elevator so if that matters to someone, book the first floor (Note 2nd floor rooms have private balconies)

I will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to my friends.
Pros:

I didn't expect the breakfast offered! It was fuss free and it wasn't just muffins and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay! They were so kind to accommodate our last minute request to change our booking day due to some mishaps.
